We used Quick Mortgages to find a bridging loan to help us secure what we hope will be our 'house for life'. Paul Timmins did a great job, ensuring that we were kept informed of progress and highlighted potential problems early enough for them to be fixed without impacting on our planned completion date. I would certainly recommend Quick Mortgages - particularly for support with bridging.

Highly recommend Hollie and Tegan...A star service have been using the same broker for…
I have been using the same broker for last 8 years until he retired so was little nervous in finding a trust worthy mortgage broker again.
Found quick mortgage from Mortage searching and Hollie rang me took all details then booked me in with Tegan for following week.
Hollies answered all the questions on the day she could which I was impressed with and she was really friendly but honest which is refreshing in sales.
Tegan gathered all information and arranged date for giving me my results when we spoke 3 days later I could not believe the offers she had found, I stayed with same provider but halfwd my mortgage payments and still on same amount term time without increase in years, she also told me that this could have been less if I had moved in 2018 , yes 4 years ago.
So as you can see I was so impressed, so smooth aswell not extra gargon...also got a life insurance guy to call me which he also found a great deal fir critical care and life.
Can't thank both these 2 lovely ladies enough and will recommend to anyone..I hope their managers read this post, and Thank them for their repatriation to their company..
