If it was the bat alone I would give 5 stars. However, I waited more than three weeks for delivery. Not what I expected or was advertised. The website just showed my order as processing with no other information. I contacted the company and was informed that there was an unexpected delay with delivery from Italy. Quicksand could have been more proactive by communicating this earlier.
Incredible racket. Fantastic service. Gret communication and after sales throughout. Could not be happier with the product from a service and quality point of view. Highly recommend.
