John was super helpful and gave great advice to fix my Sharp TV over the phone. Should I have needed his repair, he offered a great price. He is definitely very knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend his business more!
They had the part I needed and shipped it very fast. They even assisted me with a mix up at the post office and helped me to work that out. Knowing I had the post office issue with shipping, they even followed up with me to make sure it went smoothly and were very professional, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend this vendor for all your TV parts needs and plan to use them again for any future needs I have. I was very impressed with the sales and follow up support and simply cannot say enough positive things about my experience.
The bag of screws that was sent with this tv stand were absolutely useless. Needless to say I cannot connect the stand to the tv until I purchase the correct screws. Hopefully I can find them online or at Lowe’s, Home Depot or a hardware store. Needless to say I am dead in the water at this point. When your listing said “screws included “ I expected them to be the correct screws. At least the stand fits the tv. I sent an email to the company and received no response.
