What has happened to the personal touch?
Has Quickvit lost the personal touch?
Have always given 5 stars to this excellent company. For price, quality, presentation delivery and the personal touch of the friendly handwritten note of ‘Thanks for your order’ and signed’ Emma, Jane or other staff member. Quickvit were more than a supplier. They were also friends.
Quickvit have you lost the personal touch? Hope not. Sadly prices had to go up. I thought bulk discount purchase perhaps could have been a little better. But we are all struggling at this time with higher prices. Delivered by Royal Mail was messed up again. Clear postal address on parcel by Quickvit. Royal Mail alerted me to say that my parcel had gone to a different distribution point after being at the correct one. However, they immediately put it back on the right journey. So delivery delayed. So please Quickvit can we have the friendly note again that tells us we are engaging with real people. Thank you.
