*PLEASE AVOID* This is a scam site. I ordered a portable air conditioner and was provided with delivery tracker information from a company called Bluviadelivery. Both Quoravo and Bluviadelivery are potentially operated by the same scammers. Both sites have been carefully constructed to look legitimate but they're not. I never received my shipment. Step by step tracking info was provided but when the item was supposedly out for delivery, the next update stated my delivery address was incomplete. I tried contacting both Quoravo and Bluviadelivery and did not receive any responses. I have reported it to my bank as a scam to try and get my money back. PLEASE AVOID. They are DEFINITELY scammers.

This is a scam website - DO NOT BUY. I have lost over £600, paid for a portable air conditioner and two Dyson desk fans. There was one email from them saying that DPD tried to deliver but there was no one at home - there was, and nobody had tried to deliver. Since then I have tried emailing them several times, the emails bounce back. I am hoping to get my money refunded by my credit card provider.

Very Elaborate Scam - They follow up the order with lots of tracking emails and updates until you eventually give up. Have their own fake delivery provider that gives you "updates" thankfully I used a disposable CC to pay for the goods (I had my suspicions).

Google should be blocking this, so please report this site using Google Scam Reporting tool.

Help prevent other people from being scammed.

SCAM!!

DO NOT Purchase anything from this website, I purchased an air conditioning machine, Nothing unusual, Price was not Mega cheap that it would ring alarm bells, all seemed above board, confirmation email received etc.

Then came the sorry for the delay etc.

They even sent me a tracking website: bluviadelivery.com to be able to check the progress of my parcel which seemed to work.

First it updated that the Package was placed in the wrong place at the airport, then it was located and put back in the correct place, then flight delays, then awaiting delivery at a sorting office, then, finally tried to deliver but my address was difficult to find parcel was returned to sorting depot.

It taken 2 months with long delays sometimes weeks before the tracking would change to something new, I still have no item, and it is apparently still in the Sorting depo awaiting Re delivery instructions?

There email address bounces back emails as it is a fake email address and Bluviadelivery contact email also does not work, when website advises they are supposed to respond within the hour.
When checking on a desktop computer at bluviadelivery it does not locate my tracking number but if i press the link in the email it locates my parcel, Strange.

Save yourself the stress & Worry and stay well clear. 100% SCAM

They didn't deliver my coffee machine and the system says everything is delivered but it's not and nobody responds me :((((

Having the same issue as other reviews got an item it's wasn't oddly cheap to seem odd. Tracking info came and I noticed no house number. I informed them right away and they said the courier would contact me. It was held at customs and stuff and then couldn't be delivered as not full address.

Now they don't reply to my emails or chat. I will set MasterCard on them.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Selling electric appliances and portable air conditioner units at lower prices . They got me with a very sophisticated website and fake tracking website bluviadelivery.com. They take your money but basically a huge scam. Emails using a Russian email. Fake office in Malaga Spain . Be warned do not buy from this company. Goods never arrive then they try to put it back on you by putting attempted delivery on the tracking. It's a SCAM website.
