I joined Quytech with an official offer letter and worked there for more than one month with full dedication.

During my time, I even helped the company by taking React Native developer interviews for them and work on 2 projects at a time.

After completing my first month, the company sent me an email saying my salary would come 15 days late. I agreed and kept working. But after 15 days, when I started asking for my salary, they told me: “The client has not paid us, so we cannot pay you.”

Later, they said my performance was not good. I asked them to send me a proper email with reasons, but they never did.

I have all proofs like my offer letter and video evidence of my work.

This is very unprofessional and unfair. Salary is a basic right for every employee. A company cannot make employees suffer because of their client payment problems.

I am sharing this because:
- No employee should face this kind of exploitation.
- Transparency is important in the IT industry.
- I want to alert other professionals to be cautious while joining such companies.

I believe in working with honesty and professionalism. Hope this post reaches the right people and brings awareness.

I had a very disappointing experience with Quytech. After sharing confidential project details under a signed NDA, they abruptly stopped communicating without any explanation. This behavior raised serious concerns about their professionalism, transparency, and respect for client trust. I would strongly caution anyone against sharing sensitive information with this company. Because of them not replying anymore, it keeps me awake at night in stress if they stole my idea.

Avonika Tech has been an exceptionally dependable manufacturing partner. Their ability to meet tight deadlines has been essential in keeping our operations seamless.
Whether managing bulk orders or accomodating last minute changes, their team consistently ensures timely production and delivery. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to meeting delivery schedules make them a trusted asset in our supply chain.

We expected top-notch technical support from Avonika Tech, but their service was subpar. When we faced urgent issue, getting in touch with their support team was nearly impossible. Response times were incredibly slow, and in some cases, we had to wait days for a resolution. In a field where time is critical, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. If Avonika Tech wants to maintain clients trust, they must improve their customer service and provide more timely solutions to problems.

Total bullshit, scammers writing to you through Whattsapp even if U never applied to indeed. HOW STRANNNNGE......

Il s’agit d’une arnaque, on vous envois un message via whattapp en vous faisant croire que vous allez réaliser des petites missions. Finalement vous vous rendez vite compte qu’il faut payer et sortir la CB. C’est frauduleux faite attention 🙅‍♀️

They promise you the world.

Then they appoint inexperienced and incompetent developers (at dirt cheap rates and fresh out of college) to work on your product.

Then the product comes out late, doesn’t work properly and is basically shit.

You ask them to correct the mistakes. They drag this for 6 months and still don’t correct the mistakes. You have to arm twist them with money to get the basics right.

They don’t even give you something basic like documentation or postman collection.

When they want money, they will come back and sweet talk and complete the work (in a very shoddy way).

Owner and all senior staff talk to you with bad attitude and tell you it’s your fault that you didn’t write into contract specifications very obvious things which are the market standard in this day and age (it’s surprising how blatantly they act ignorant about basic industry practices).

Avoid this company at all costs. They charge a bomb. And deliver steaming piles of shit.

The whole thing is a scam don't do it they will take your money and come up with another lie of why things aren't working properly until you decide not to deal with them do not waste your time or money

Contacté par un de leurs agents qui travaillait pour quytech filiale d'aspire systems.que j'avais postulé via hays recrutement et qu'il me proposait un emploi. faire 3 taches par jours sur la page internet QUYTECHAPP, gagner un pourcentage par missions. ils m'ont fait passer des transactions frauduleuses par la plateforme coinbase qu'ils m'ont fait télécharger et m'ont aussi fait faire des virements bancaires soit disant pour débloquer des taches, mais qu'il ne fallait pas s'inquiéter parce que j'allais gagner plus.

We had an agreement and a contract for developing two apps and a website platform. the project size was quite big for me (£21,000) and they asked for 25% to start (£5,190). I paid them but after a short while I realised they couldn't do this and that they had promised me things they can't back up, so I asked them to terminate the contract. They had done the workflow and wire-framing (we had agreed on the price for that part of the work and it was £1000).
when I decided to terminate the contract, they had only worked on the wire-framing, and due to the contract, they were supposed to return the rest of the money I had gave them.
The contract was Cristal clear and they should have returned £4,190 but they kept saying that we can work something out and refused to pay me back. they didn't agree to return any money even though the contract and our agreements and emails were so clear. they kept saying that we can continue our collaboration and when they realised I am not interested in working with them, they just stopped responding and ignored me.
They knew that I was a 24 YO graduate and I have put all of my life savings into this app development project but they stopped replying and completely ignored me. The contract we have is very clear. it specifically mentions that the value of the work they did was only £1000, and that's why they don't even respond to me, they just ignore me because they know I live far away and it would be a difficult thing for me to follow up. It's not like they started the other portion of the work or anything either, they very clearly only worked on the workflow and wire-framing portion and nothing else. as a student trying to create a startup about something I'm passionate about, this is such a difficult thing to grasp. I think there are only two possibilities; 1. They are a big company and my communications haven't been returned because they lost them or forgot about them. 2. They decided that I am a kid with no business skill and they decided to steal from me.

I really loved the environment of Quytech. Perfect work-life balance. Superiors are always ready to provide guidance and co-workers are super friendly. I joined as a fresher but now I have learned a lot of new things here. It's the best place to work.

QUYTECH - Brilliant working skills

I was quite amazed with work of Quytech , they are so much corporative and they really turns any idea into productivity. After the completion of my project, I was impressed by the tech and services they provide us 24/7.

What do you like most about the company?
*Punctuality and services.

They cheated on me on my Taxi app project. I started a project on 1.7.2019 and they didn't practically deliver me anything in 8 months. Their leader won't even answer me and they took 8000 euros of my money. Never use that company again!

It was great working with the QUYTECH Team, from start to finish they were attentive, responsive, and delivered more then what we expected for the project..
