The best beer boxes - top quality gifts
Qwerty beer boxes are excellent gifts, which I have bought many times for family, friends and colleagues. The beer selection is always excellent and I love how authentic the product feels. I will definitely continue to buy these, and may even subscribe to a monthly subscription for myself!

Great brother in law gift

Qwerty Beer box saved my Christmas!! As a single mother of 2 and being the only woman in my male dominated family tree, Christmas is a nightmare!! I ordered 9 Hampers which came promptly in time and now I can actually sit back and cozy with my kids on the sofa - no more anxieties!! Would recommend if your a mum with lots on 🩷🩷🌸

I ordered a beer box and paid £50 extra for more beers but didn’t get the extra beers.
I have message them numerous times almost daily on their website and their site in NOHS and not one word.zilch
They are so quick to take your money but if there is a problem they are invisible

Excellent customer service …
I ordered a christmas 6 pack of ales for my mums partner, initially the box came with a bottle broken and packaging soaked. However, customer service was second to none. I was helped by the lovely Faye who sorted my issue straight away, and sent me a new box which came the very next day and in perfect condition. I would buy from this company again for sure!

I would love to say how great my Advent craft beer box tasted,but alas I couldn't due to Yodel admitting to having lost them.More shocking however is Qwerty beer box complete lack of interest in any communication with myself despite repeated emails over the last 7 days.Buyers beware if you have any issues regarding delivery, you are on your own. No only will I not use them again but the brewers they supposedly champion have lost out on potentially new custom

Had a chat with my colleague Faye and it seems like your emails landed in our spam folder (although we've changed the spam settings in the past to ensure all emails used on our website to order definitely go straight to inbox 😩) ..
Faye sent over the proof and the moment we saw this we booked in a replacement which should be with you today!
Aware of the delay and the frustration of not hearing back but please rest assured that we're taking this very seriously and will make it up to you!
Just looked at the original tracking and it now shows that your original order should also arrive this week! Please feel free to keep the original order as well as a sign of apology of that miss of ours..

Ordered an advent calendar beer box for…
Ordered an advent calendar beer box for my father on the 25th November. 9th December and it still hasn't arrived. Qwerty Customer service blame Yodel, but it shows that it's still not been sent from the fulfilment company used by Qwerty. Lots of back and forth, they told me today they've sent out a replacement box, I'll update this review IF that one ever arrives.

Niki here - co-founder of QWERTY Beer Box! I'm really sorry for your experience here! Yodel did have a bigger issue around Black Friday but they've finally sorted through the majority of the backlog.. Aware your initial order still hasn't been delivered which I can only apologise for! The status 'With Sender' from Yodel comes once it's been scanned for despatch from our site but not yet scanned at the Yodel depot..
I just had a look and your replacement order was out for delivery yesterday but didn't get delivered due to the driver not completing his journey on time! It is showing as to be delivered today as per the tracking.
We'll keep an eye and get in touch with you once it's arrived!

Order never arrived, ignored by customer service
I placed an order for Fathers Day and paid for next day delivery to make sure it arrived - even though I placed the order in plenty of time. The order never arrived and tracking information just says “order can not be delivered” - tried contacting the company 5 times to ask for information or a refund and still nothing over a week later. I hate to leave a bad review for a startup business but frankly, this is my last attempt to get them to respond to me.

Niki here - very sorry I'm only seeing this now. Just had a little look and I think this was sorted eventually I sincerely hope we got this sorted by now? This was an enquiry that went into our spam and following this incident I reviewed and changed our spam settings to minimise any issues of this sort again in the future.
