Qwintry - Worst Freight Forwarding Service. I can't receive my package and can't get answers from tech support. My parcel has been in Germany for more than 50 days, it was received by their warehouse at the end of April, the parcel was without movement at the consolidation hub for a month, almost a month later they sent a reply about the carrier checking the documents, technical support is staffed by bots. Service, irresponsible, crooked and incompetent. They took the money for delivery, but you can’t send the parcel from Berlin for two months and answer the client’s questions clearly. Do not use this service, use analogues. Good luck to all!
