I ordered an indoor hutch. I was really happy with the service in the beginning. I then got pestered to make my order and to pay. I figured they where just busy but I felt pushed.
Then once my order arrived I realised why. I paid a lot of money for a cheap and flimsy hutch. Made with cheap materials and held together with plastic clips and screws that where far too short. It also wasn't appropriate for my bunny. We had to modify it.
I complained to the company, I sent photos as requested and then I was questioned over and over. Nothing was rectified. And now I have been ignored. They weren't interested in any form of customer service and refuse to answer my emails. Rude.
Its all fine unless you have a complaint and then they don't want to know. Took my money and ran.

Ordered a made to measure hutch cover from Kevin at rabbit hutch World. It fits perfectly and arrived really quickly, especially considering its a made to measure item. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a waterproof hutch cover. Really responsive to emails too for any questions you may have.

I was so pleased to find them online because good quality options are few and far between. C&C cage will be a great holiday home for my mini lop with its modular design.

We ordered a cover during lockdown and, obviously, it took longer than anticipated. This wasn't a problem. But when it did arrive the hole for the tube, from the run to the hutch, was in the wrong place. However they did arrange to pick it up from us and rework it to the specifications originally given. They were very apologetic and turned it around quickly. The cover now fits perfectly. Thank you.

I ordered 2 guinea pig hutches with covers they arrived promptly and with easy to follow instructions, very happy with my purchase would definitely recommend rabbit hutch world.

Very quick delivery, one of the boxes arrived damaged/open slightly so I contacted the store to let them know before I opened them. They rang me straight away and offered to replace/send any parts that were missing or damaged but on opening everything was spot on. Great hutch, made up!

This is the second made to measure rabbit hutch cover I have ordered from Rabbit Hutch World I was so impressed with the quality of the first one it is fully waterproof with a zip up clear front that I placed a second order for the hutch kept round my parents and the quality is exactly the same

Absolutely brilliant, very easy to put on the hutch. Really well made, Worth the wait and just in time as the weather is getting colder and had to close their blinds really early now I can keep them open longer and they will stay dry and cosy. Happy guinea’s happy me. Arrived well packed and easy to remove and put on hutch only took a couple of minutes. Would definitely recommend

Good quality, perfect fit, just what we were looking for. The service was quick and efficient, would recommend to anyone.

Great item. Really easy to fit and hard wearing.
Have had these for 6 months now and apart from some scratches from little bunny teeth they are not damaged at all and have preserved the wood underneath.
Before fitting these we have had to repair hutches due to nibbling but these strips have solved that problem.
The only improvement I could think of is to offer different lengths for different areas of the hutch.

I bought a custom made hutch cover from rabbit hutch world as there was no standard covered big enough for my homemade hutch. It arrived earlier than expected and the standard is second to none. The materials are clearly very high quality, weather proof materials and it fits perfectly. I opted for a clear plastic front split into 2 flaps with an additional 2 night time flaps so the rabbits have total darkness on a nighttime. Kevin was very helpful throughout the full process, I would highly recommend!

I found their website useful and the staff I dealt with very helpful and friendly. They checked with me that they had the correct specification as the hutch was not of a standard design, and gave a realistic estimate of how long it would take to make. The cover, when it arrived, was as specified, made of good quality material and fits beautifully.

I cannot recommend Rabbit Hutch World enough for made to measure hutch covers. They are excellent quality, fit perfectly and worth every penny. We have had two made this year for very large hutches. Great personal service. They made sure that we double and triple checked measurements so no mistakes were made. Each was delivered within stated time frame and arrived well packaged

Good quality & good sized hutches (& with long raised legs for protection against the weather conditions). Not cramped & height between floor to ceiling is high for bunnies to stretch upwards when they are spending time in it. Ordered on Thursday afternoon & it was delivered early Monday morning. Excellent customer service also!
