Not worth the money. The cup is wonky because there's to much resin on stopper sticks your cups where the sun doesn't shine Rachel you muppet

If I could give 0 stars I would! My cup came with the decal falling off and squint. The cup was filthy! I didn’t get a straw and the box smelled strongly of cat urine! There was also cat hair stuck to the outside of the cup! I emailed to discuss with the seller only to receive a reply saying I was a liar! Avoid at all costs

Ordered a snow globe cup and it came with an added extra normally a nice experience from an grateful seller, not this time it was what I can only describe as a hair ball left inside of my cup, it was a ball shape covered in a mucus and hair. Tried to contact for a refund to be told I was a liar….

Order got cancelled for questioning about the choices of decals left. I wanted to wait for more to arrive as I didn’t like the ones left. She was rude, her girlfriend was rude and then they were talking about me on the live. Please avoid at all costs. I’m glad my order got cancelled. Absolutely disgusting human beings.

Disgusting no sanitation cats walking on the surfaces where cups being made cats have worms hangout there bum in visual view of live stream I have no issues with cats I have them myself but mine are cared for. Very rude to customers asking questions very sarcastic you get blocked for asking a simple question, she wipes sweat on her hands and clothes she only sprays water no anti bac doesn't send orders, she gets people to confirm postcodes on live people mite not be comfortable with doing so breach of data protection her while thing is a sham

I ordered a cup from here over a week ago now I have not received it. I messaged and asked why my email was being ignored on her live stream politely and I was blocked by admins.
So now I have no cup and no email responses from the seller.
It’s an absolute shambles I wouldn’t even call it a business.

Been blocked for asking did she worm her cats so I’m guessing that’s a no. Very rude to her customers unprofessional and no hygiene anywhere. She claims she cleans her floors twice a day on Saturday she sat on the floor packing orders and her feet were black. Cats pissing over everything mainly the packing boxes. There’s gunna be a mass outbreak of worms before long thanks to her. This needs closing asap

Think Rachel needs looking into as she hasn't got any hygiene whatsoever, I admit I haven't ordered anything from her and to be honest I wouldn't with what I have seen, she lets her cats sit on things knowing full well the cats have worm's and she isn't bothered one bit about that also she doesn't wear gloves it's just plan discussing she doesn't change her clothes and is very rude to some customers also, I feel sorry for the people that do get these cups as they could pick up anything from them cups especially if it's a CHILD and someone with lower immune system that can pick up any infection this business needs to be shut down asap before someone's CHILD ends up in hospital or some people that have health problems as this is very dangerous!!!

Cups are made in an environment with zero hygiene - her cats, who are confirmed to have worms, are left to lay on the cups delivery boxes (as can be seen on TikTok, where Rachel is HAPPILY filming her cats sleeping on them) and her cats can also be seen walking all over Rachel’s work station while she is on live making the cups.

No consideration for her customers at all. If you are planning to buy from her, please re-consider.

Do not buy anything from this person they are vile and needs some looking into how she talks to potential customers she asking for zip code on live to prove you are not a troll then mentions personal details all on live save your money if you are thinking of buying there are better people out there making the same cups for a lot cheaper and you won't have to worry about cat worms around your cups

This individual is making cups with absolutely no clue how to make them. She is using solution that will turn mouldy and glitter that seeps colour. She also isn’t sealing them correctly and stoppers are able to be pulled out, which is so dangerous, especially with them being targeted towards children (a lot of them)

Customer service is non existent, she openly admits that she will not check emails and constantly blocks any single person who tries to rectify things in her live. Cups are splitting etc, she still isn’t interested. Cup meant to come with a straw? It won’t.

After all that, if you’re still think about purchasing, make sure you have worming tablets on hand because you’ll need them. Two cats with worms hanging out their bum, crawling all over every surface, laying on cup boxes and her work area. She also constantly wipes her nose, mouth and hair before going back to touching cups, without any sanitation at all. All in all, a 0 star experience for all.

I watched rachels live stream tonight and the way she spoke to a customer was absolutely disgusting. The lady had placed an order and the way Rachel works she demands the customer to put there last 3 of the postcode on a live stream to Confirm this is the customer, in front of up to 2000 people, anyway this lady was putting her postcode and was then muted by rachels mods, rachel continued to ask for the postcode knowing the customer was muted, rachel then said she was choosing for the customer instead due to no postcode, when the whole point of this is custom cups to how the customer wants the cup to be, the customer came in on another account to tell rachel that she was muted to which rachel replies with 'too late' I've chosen for you, we have moved on, this was after the chat having to tell rachel over and over ahain that the lady was muted, she spoke like utter rubbish on not only this live stream but all the other too, she is rude, makes lots of derogatory comments, puts her sweat from her face and hair onto the cups, allows her cats who have worms, (also seen on the live hanging from the cats behind) to be all over the desk she works from and also sitting on packing boxes, causing the risk to others pets when these boxes are delivered. I'd avoid at all costs, this is not a buisness I'd want to be supporting,
I've seen other customers asking normal questions also be blocked, refunds be refused, customers be muted from the chat, customers saying they have emailed several times with no replies, the way these customers are treated is beyond anything I've seen before and it's totally unacceptable,

I ordered what was supposed to be a custom tumbler — cute, harmless, sparkly. What arrived was a leaking, resin-drenched abomination of a cup, seeping glitter like an open wound. The box was soaked. The cup was sticky. The smell? Toxic. Like melted plastic and disappointment.

I didn’t even notice the glitter trail it left across my floor — not until I heard the soft hop of Mr. Pickles, my rabbit, investigating. He was curious. Innocent. He didn’t know that this glitter wasn’t just decoration — it was a death sentence.

Within minutes, he was covered. It clung to his fur, his nose, his tiny paws. He looked like a disco ball… a terrified, twitching disco ball. I tried to rinse it off, but whatever Rachel puts in her cups is NOT water-soluble. It just… spread. It got into his eyes. He couldn’t stop sneezing.

We rushed to the vet. Emergency visit. They tried everything. Oxygen tank. Washes. Prayers. The vet said, and I quote:
"He’s sparkling… but he’s suffering."

I held him. I cried. And in a sterile room filled with the faint scent of chemical glitter, I watched my rabbit — my best friend — take his final breath.

And Rachel? Rachel had the audacity to offer me a discount on my next order. NEXT ORDER??? Ma’am, your merchandise has a body count.

I will never recover from this. My carpet is ruined. My rabbit is gone. And every time I see glitter, I feel a pang of rage and sorrow I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

Zero stars. Do not buy. Not unless you want a blood — no, sparkle-stained conscience.

Rachel! This cup was absolutely amazing! My child and my wife loved it! I got it them for their birthday, yes they share the same birthday! The Decals were inspiring. Shannon absolutely loved the good Mom decal and Amy absolutely adores her true crime one! Watching you make it live, with all the love you bring, enjoying you play with your cats. I couldn’t believe the effort you put. Would one hundred percent recommend!

I ordered 2 snow globe cups from this company for my kids. The girl claimed they were sent 2 weeks ago. No tracking info. When i challenged her she blocked me via email and tik tok so I'm now £30 down with no items. Terrible way to treat people. Very upset.

Well reading all these reviews is crazy I have a cup business and I would definitely not do what this women does. And why is she not sealing the stoppers on her tumblers even if they are not snow globe ones crazy well I’m here for anyone who is needing cups lol and tumblers.

Terrible quality, can get the cups in home bargain for a couple of pounds. The stoppers are resined in to kids can easily take them out and put in mouth causing choking. Cats consistently jumping up on desk not good if you’re allergic to cats and receive one with hair in it

Can’t take constructive criticism so you’ve no chance of getting a refund or replacement if one is needed. She/he is an amateur and really doesn’t have a clue how to make the cups professionally and doesn’t have any standard of hygiene. Blocks you the second you state an issue or question something. Not good for business and lacks any common sense. I would purchase else where for longevity and hygiene purposes.
