I sent a picture of a very scratched up part of the bike wheel and 2 emails. No response

The tricycle came to me missing an axel clip.
I purchased a replacement. Once installed, the power cable wraps around the mounting bar.
The tricycle does not work and I spent another $100 in parts and tools.

I emailed service to no response
The service number is disconnected
The company number has a voice mailbox that has not been set up.

Pleasantly surprised worked as advertised! Excellent purchase. Came fully charged and jumped my dead car immediately !

Communication is awful. Dont count on getting any emails back.

Great product, fast shipping

Customer service gave conflicting info 4 times will no provide shipping info ordered item on Dec 3 says delivered dec20 and zero help from this company to help find it. So disappointing too late to replace the item and no idea if I will get a refund because they say it was delivered

Don't remember what I bought

Great product and value. Love that I could afford to put drawers in my cabinets so easily!

The product is great so far. However, communications are a bit hit and miss. One order was cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I reordered at a slightly higher price and only received part of the order. That issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The drawers were exactly what I was looking for! They are sturdy and work perfectly in my pantry.

Item was as stated. Arrived undamaged and package was delivered to the area I instructed .

Product can't be used as charging cords provided with Jump Starter will not go into charging port. Have requested refund several times but customer service is not being helpful. Filing complaint with Better Business Bureau.
