I recently completed mediation training with Radanks Mediation Services which was a great balance of theoretical content and practical experience. I have previous experience of Mediation and found that the course well structured well, theoretical training was pitched at the right level and was a great way to consolidate my understanding and experience.

The trainers in particular Adamya and Ajay provided useful tips and insight. The training provided opportunities to observe role play scenarios of seasoned mediators performing mediation in a variety of cases including workplace, property, family, commercial etc. There were also lots of opportunities for delegates to practice with role plays in a safe and non-judgemental way.

The mediation training was not just a tick box exercise, it has been a useful addition to my professional toolkit, and complements my conflict resolution skills providing me with more opportunities to develop my service.

Dr Raj was on hand to oversee and check-in during the training period and after completion. It is clear that she is fully invested in delegates and mediation more broadly, providing insightful feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
