Fantastic service from beginning to end.
When we moved in to our new home the doors were in need of immediate change. The team at Radiance Doors were professional, polite, understanding, talked us through the whole process and allowed us time to make up our minds.
When the lads came to fit the doors very polite, tidy, asked before doing anything and explained the job as they went along.
Couldn't ask for more from the whole team.

We had a new inner front door and window fitted by Radiance Doors recently. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and at every stage, from initial enquiry to post-installation, we experienced friendly and efficient service. The personal touch and their constant striving for excellent customer service were marvellous. I would certainly use Radiance Doors again, and can recommend them highly. This family firm is such a contrast to the 'pushy' salesmanship and indifferent customer service of national companies.

Had a new door fitted yesterday. The lads who came to fit were extremely professional and the workmanship was to a very high standard. Totally transformed the look from inside and out. They cleaned up after themselves and left it immaculate.

I spoke with Radiance today having realised the door had an internal key lock and not a thumb lock which i preferred. They were literally back out at my house 1 hour later and changed this for me. That type of customer service is amazing.

We have just had our wooden door replaced with a composite door by Radiance Doors. The whole process went without a hitch. From the initial telephone enquiry to the final fitting we were dealt with in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Richard took the time to explain the various options and, as a result, we have a superb door. From the time of ordering the door we were kept fully informed of timings until the date of fitting. Tom and Danny arrived on time and respected our property. Once the fitting had been completed they cleaned up and left the area immaculate. Thanks to Richard, Claire and the rest of the team.

Radiance doors fitted a back door for me in November and I've returned to have a front door fitted. Superb service again. From start to finish, communication excellent, lads cleana and tidy, punctual and sticklers when fitting the door. Great local company in Bury. I recommend to anyone.

We would highly recommend Radiance Doors. We've just had all our windows replaced and new front and back doors. The service from Claire and Richard from start to finish was excellent and Tom and Dan who fitted the windows really looked after us and our house. We couldn't fault anything and are really pleased with our new windows/doors!
