I buyed a cotton Panama bottoms almost 2 months ago, it is not possible to ship it because of some sort of travelling labels they don’t still have, they keep responding me this. I raccommend they to change the business it seems to hard to me for them.
Similar very poor experience of their delivery. After a couple of week started emailing with no initial response. Then told it would be investigated but had to chase again for update. Then told it was a change in shipping regulations which was nonsense as the goods were ordered a month before the regulatory change. Again chased by email and yet again had to chase the chase email as they don't have the common courtesy to respond. Still waiting for a response as to when I will get the goods let alone the goods themselves. Shocking!
Abysmal e-commerce experience. I spent $800 on a lovely pair on silk pyjamas on December 2, as a Christmas gift for my wife.
2 weeks later, after no communication from company, and no response to emails sent to help desk…I discover that my gift is sitting in maritime port in Germany, waiting to be loaded onto a container for maritime transport. I expect I may receive it months from now.
Ridiculous! It’s a pair of pyjamas, not a shipping container of pyjamas. The website did not provide an expedited shipment option, and certainly didn’t specify that it was coming eventually on a slow boat.
Total disappointment. Do not recommend!
