This is about getting an unlock code for the car radio. Once I had entered a wrong ERC code (inexperienced with the topic), there was a dead loop. The request form should not have accepted a wrong number of characters for the ERC in the first place. Therefore after the payment receipt got through, no unlock code followed. Instead of receiving an error reply I had to proactively contact support.
