Absolutely disgusting company and product.

The company currently employs two convicted pedophiles and has done for the last 3 years both on the sex offenders register.

Numerous visits from auditors, environmental agencies due to contamination, out of date ingredients from china being used along with a long list of other faults.

Having worked there and leaving for just how bad the company and its senior managers are I’ve seen for myself how awful and unsafe the work practice and food safety procedures are.

Brilliant customer service. There was a glitch with my order, but I contacted them, and they quickly sorted out the problem, and I received correct order in two days. Things will sometimes go wrong with all companies, but as long as they are willing to correct things, that is good service. I have been buying from Radnor Hills for a while now, and this is the first time there has ever been a glitch.

Amazon refusing to refund

I was drinking the water and taste like strawberry eventhough, it was supposed to have lemon and lime favoured.By the way I'm allergic to strawberries so I had to go to the hospital.

Wonderful product, very poor customer service!
Trying to get my order which has been delivered to another address which they only have GPS confirmation.
Explained where the office for delivery is, and then nothing! Not even, ‘please leave this with us and we will get back to you as soon as we can’. Nothing!
The business delivered to does not have the company on the delivery note over the door!
Wouldn’t mind but they have my money!
So frustrating!!

I did Message the company and ask their views , but unfortunately ..NO REPLY .
Re their brand "Sparkling Fiery Ginger Beer made on our farm "
Having bought a small can of this , which frankly was anything but "Fiery " far from,in fact shockingly sweet, i looked at the ingredients to see if the "Made on our farm " statement was backed up with quality ingredients ...Its Not !
Apart from carbonated spring water ...There's very little by way of quality ingredients ..The Ginger is purely '''Ginger flavourings... supported by 10% lemon juice from concentrate , IMO this is pretty poor quality stuff for a premium priced product with a marketing mantra of "Natural and made on our farm " that may well be , but its not made of much thats any good !

This company contaminate their water with adding fluoride. They claim their water is 100% natural, but yet they add chemical fluoride. This water is anything but natural. If you’re unsure about this chemical & the damage it can do, please do your research on fluoridation damage. I asked them the question of why they add it on their Instagram page, they deleted my comment so I asked again & they’ve now blocked me. This speaks volumes they can’t engage in conversation & proves they’re not selling natural water as they claim. Stay away from this unnatural “water”!!

Tried 3 different flavours all tasted like chemicals and had mould on the inside of the lids and when I rang the company was very rudely spoken too and was told it wasn’t possible for mould to be on the inside. Would never ever use this company again appalling company and vile contaminated drinks.

Really disappointed in this company after I purchased their sparkling water.

I check my blood sugar levels religiously and after just one bottle of this, it spiked from a regular level to more than double.

It took 10 days and me prompting them to get a response and frankly, being told that it conforms to the correct standards is very poor.

This company made over 3 million pounds in profits after tax so could easily have said that they would refund my order that cost less than £20 but it seems they just aren't interested.

Best ginger beer I have had. Ordered on their website. Slight issue with delivery but they sorted it right away and even called not just emailed to apologise. Love the lemonade too.
