Order shipped from overseas directly, speaker does not work under any type of pillow too quiet. Complaints to customer service email have been unanswered for weeks. Product is garbage and absolutely does not do as advertised, would never do business with this company again. Instagram ad scam. Advertised as DreamWave, not as RadoxTech - Shopify store didn't even list as vendor until receipt received in email.

Product arrived late and nonfunctioning. Customer service did not respond to me until I pursued a chargeback with my bank. When they did, they asked if they could send a replacement and confirm my address. I said I needed more information about their refund policy, and if the 30 day window reset at the shipment of a new product. They never responded, and now it's been over 30 days. No money back for me! As far as I'm concerned, this place is a scam and you'd be better off purchasing a similar product from more reputable companies.

Concur with all 1-star reviews and comments excluding the device volume being loud and the fact you can’t give ZERO stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This unit does not work. The volume is so low I would have to C clamp my pillow and this radix speaker to my ear in order to hear anything. It took forever to get to me like I said it does not work. The response time on the emails is horrible and the return that’s a joke they want you to pay for shipping to send them back their defective piece of junk. they hustled me now I learned I’m just trying to warn others. This is garbage, hot, garbage hot garbage on an extra humid and hot day.

The product arrived and worked while I was holding it, but once I put it under or in my pillow, it never worked. The only way to get a refund was to send it back to Germany, which I wasn't going to do. I do NOT recommend buying this product!

Cheap overseas product with abismol sound quality and useless return policy. Don't be duped. I've learned my lesson.

I would strongly recommend not buying this product. They claim to have a 4.9 star review but I don't know how I can leave a proper review with them so I know this is just a made-up BS. It is just a speaker that anybody in the room can hear. I put it under my pillow and my husband next to me can hear it clear as day. It doesn't hold a charge at all. So if I have it plugged in it will work but as soon as I unplug it it turns off. When you turn it on, all the setting announcements are in Chinese and there is no option to switch to an English mode or even just turn off the Chinese announcements. It's really loud and really annoying. In the middle of the night, if you're trying to switch between settings, it has to announce it loudly. This is a total waste of money.

I purchased the under pillow speaker and could barely hear it. What I could hear was the poorest sound quality imaginable. I asked for a refund but emails go unanswered. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Some people are just scum

This item does not work as described. I cannot hear a thing when placed under my pillow. Customer service does not respond. A complete waste of money.

I purchased the under-pillow speaker. The ad states it is only activated when pressed by the pillow and that others are not able to hear it. It's just a cheap speaker that is on unless you turn it off. Terrible quality and easily heard by anyone in the same bed. Total waste of money. I also purchased a sleep mask for $15. The quality was like something from the $1 bin at Target. Again, another complete waste of money. It's my own fault. I always check reviews before placing orders with unknown companies, but this time I didn't.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. FAKE PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK. Emails that bounce back. They are not a real company!
