Just got scammed by this company. Paid $500 deposit but no show. Don’t even want to answer his phone.

Excellent and very punctual.
Waited for our family at arrival gate almost 2hours due to flight delayed at 4am in the morning and no extra charges

I rented a 10 seater from Raffie Transport for a family holiday to Penang. So super glad I picked Raffie Transport.
The van was exactly as described, in excellent condition and so comfortable
The icing on the cake was the excellent service. Every question I had pre-booking was answered immediately, pleasantly and patiently. Van was dropped off & picked up at my doorstep.
Raffie Transport is going to be my go to for van hire/transport from here on.

Our family prepaid for an airport van. But it never arrived. Leaving us stranded at KLIA.
After we posted honest reviews, the company toll us we will only receive our refund back if we deleted them.
Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Please do not trust this company.

We used this company for airport and hotel transportation in both Singapore and Bali. Always available over watsapp ensuring our details and pick-up, drop-off are completed on time and in good manner. Excellent customer service. Drivers are good and good quality cars. Cannot complain.
