Fabulous quality but slow delivery…
The products are fabulous quality but the delivery is a touch on the slow side. Ordered some basic rugby socks (no logo or embroidery) and they took well over a week to arrive. I can understand the long lead times for bespoke items but basic off the shelf items like socks is a little harder to understand.

We're sorry you feel the standard 2 week turnaround on orders is too long. Unfortunately we do not have facilities the size of the likes of Amazon, and therefore do not hold stock of most items. Garments are embroidered/printed once the order is received, and such why we have the standard 2 week turnaround. We can see your order was pushed back to 3 weeks due to the sheer quantity of back to school orders received for the time of year, and for this we are very sorry! Thank you for your feedback.

Order had been left on a shelf and forgotten so 4 weeks delivery time. However, Leanne? Was very helpful and got the order completed quickly when I enquired and had it posted first class to arrive on the Saturday for my son's first game on the Sunday.
