I love it , never knew it would come out this great !!

The product itself is great -- color is vibrant and goes in and washes out with ease.
HOWEVER, I ordered in March but the product didn't arrive until SEPTEMBER--after numerous attempts to contact customer service and very little honest response back. So go ahead and purchase this . . . as long as you're not in a hurry to receive it.

Been about a month and a half. Still no product. Found something better and healthier at Ulta. I just want my money back.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my package and they still have yet to even create the shipping label. The website lies and promises 2-5 business days. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT IT FAST GO ELSEWHERE

Feedback on Gold Color Wax

Personally, I think that the color doesn't work well on thicker textures. When you are trying to blend it into the hair, it gets on the skin pretty well, and because water removes all of it it looks kinda messy.

It looked good on my brother's beard though so I'd give it 4 stars.

Beautiful color easy to use and easy to wash out. I highly recommend!

My package was post marked in 7/6 and as of 7/20 I still had not received it. I contacted customer service and got zero response. This company is a joke and I wasted my money.

Arrived fast! After seeing the results on YouTube(and my own sister) I can't wait to try it out myself!

I purchased two items from you on July 3rd, for my daughters birthday. I also paid for express shipping. I have been reaching out to you since July 10th, via email, facebook, and Instagram. I even downloaded an app called shop to check for updates/shipping. I asked you how long the shipping process was on a post on Instagram and, you responded the very next day and said “2-5 days”. Which is false advertisement! It’s also another woman who said she purchased from you in May and, still hasn’t received her product. I’ve also seen in the comments on Instagram that you are using other peoples pictures that didn’t purchase from you. This is completely ridiculous and I’m disgusted. Can you send me my full refund.

I have messaged customer service about 3 times and I have still not received my order. The shipping has said pre-shipment for almost a month! I places this order on June 20th and it is now July 11th with no proper update. I am beyond frustrated and while I understand the circumstances that are going on right now with COVID-19 and other factors I just don’t understand why I cannot get a proper update about something that I ordered and paid for weeks ago.

I paid for expedited shipping I haven’t received my package in that time frame I asked to be refunded for paying the extra cost for that shipping and they never responded. Poor communication and poor customer service
