Excellent customer service
I have been wearing 🌈 sandals for about 40 years. In that time I've worn through about 20 pairs. I've been in the upper desert of Northern Arizona for about 10 years. I'm still an old surfer at heart and wear sandals daily, even in the rain and snow. The last pair I had completely wore through at the heel so I ordered a new pair. I received a text saying they were delivered to my mailbox. When I checked, no package was in the mailbox. I'm pretty sure the carrier put them in the wrong box.i figured I was out $80 but decided to call rainbow to see if I had any recourse. After telling the CS rep what happened, he said he would put in a claim, I had a new pair delivered fed ex 4 days later. Even though this was no fault of rainbow, they replaced them free of charge. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I would recommend these sandals to anyone looking for a top quality pair of sandals.
