Grabbed a Loopwheel T-shirt from rbs, and wow! The fabric is soft, stylish, and holds up after several washes. Love the fit too.

Hatte die gleiche situation wie ein anderer Bewerter hier: 2 Beenies gekauft von der Passform und vom Material im Leben keine 31€ jeweils wert. On top musste ich die retoure selbst bezahlen, sogar noch mal umpacken. Bei mir waren es sogar 15 Euro für den Ruckversand.

Finger weg, wenn man nicht schlechte Qualität für viel Geld haben möchte!

Horrible horrible service.
Ordered 1 cap. Never heard a word from them after they happily accepted my payment. No correspondence at all after purchasing my cap. It was only after I notified them they seem to be aware of my order. A month later, I still haven’t received the order. They keep telling me “it’s on its way”. It isn’t !!!!!I keep telling them to just cancel the order and refund the purchase and they won’t refund it!!

Placed an order for a fisherman beanie. Their address bar auto populated the wrong shipping address at checkout. I immediately reached out to support requesting an address change or an order cancelation so that I could update my address or reorder with the correct shipping address. I sent 3 different support requests. Their customer service reached out almost 24 hours later and said that nothing could be done and the order was shipped. They didn’t offer store credit, a refund or an update to the original order. Do not recommend buying from this company, shady drop seller bordering on scammer.

Absolutely love my Fisherman Beanie I purchased from Raisedbysociety! It fits me perfectly and adds a stylish touch to my winter outfits. Apart from this it also provides warmth and keeps me safe from cold winds. Worth it.

I was very unimpressed with this company. I bought a fisherman's beanie - now I understand that this style is an above the ear style, but what was delivered was more like a skull cap. It became a bit of a joke piece that we would laugh about when people came over. So that's problem 1 - the hat is a joke. Problem 2 - it is very overpriced; now that is my fault for buying at that price I guess, but had I done a google search before buying I would have seen that there were equal quality beanies available at a fraction of the price. But problem 3 was the worst - I decided to return the beanie, and the customer service was most definitely the worst I have ever come across. It was laughable...
Order placed 16 April. Total cost £28 + £7 shipping = £35.
I decided to return the item - there are absolutely no details of how to do so on their website (they make it very difficult in my opinion). So I ask for a refund on 27 April by email. Responses are slow and need to be chased. I had to pay for postage of £10.50. And as the company are in the Netherlands, customs results in a delay. So I now have a refund - on 14 June, for £28. Two months after the order, I am out of pocket £17.50.

Ich habe das Unternehmen kontaktiert, weil ich meine Bestellung innerhalb der 14-tägigen Frist zurücksenden möchte. Der Sendung liegt weder ein Lieferschein noch eine Rechnung bei und auf der Website von Raisedbysociety findet man auch keine Rücksendeadresse. Stattdessen gibt es nur die Aufforderung, Kontakt aufzunehmen, wenn man etwas zurücksenden möchte. Ich habe zwei Mails erhalten, in denen versucht wurde, mich von der Rücksendung abzubringen. Nachdem ich mich nicht davon abbringen ließ, wurde meine Mail einfach nicht mehr beantwortet.
