I ordered a sweater from Rakkiss. The article I received looked nothing like what was advertised online. In addition, the sweater had a stain on it. The Rakkiss website says "We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product", however Rakkiss refused to accept return of the product & merely offered a discount on my next order. My advice - avoid Rakkiss at all costs!

I ordered a black white duck parka down winter jacket on the 16th of December and I haven't received it yet.

Received order very quickly but nothing I ordered! Requested items ordered and paid for be shipped or full refund. Their solution is I can apply for a 5% discount code on next purchase. No not satisfactory!

THIS IS A SCAM AND NOT A REAL COMPANY. I ordered from this company. They claimed they couldn't deliver the package to address. They asked to fill in my address on different link. After they had my address they asked again. They won't refund my money seems like a hacker and not a real company. Do not purchase anything! They tried saying that my package was sitting at the post after I had notification for the package being undeliverable. I got the link to comapany site on facebook. The contact us link no longer works for me to get in touch with company.

Placed an order and received no reply, inquired about it and was told they were waiting for more orders before sending it on to production. Requested a cancellation and refund on the spot and days later the reply was "Please don't cancel, best wishes" I continued my futile efforts to cancel and was ignored. 5 requests later, they shipped knowing they don't offer refunds or returns once shipped. Yet the tracking # is not good. I mentioned all this on their Facebook page and they are deleting my post. Major scam. They won't let you cancel. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a sweater, it was a long red one with a hood in the photo like an Elven type/medieval look. What arrived was a thin cotton clingy sweater that has a perfect square cut out the front with no real shape. The hood goes over my head like a swimming cap. I paid £40 ish with postage, don't think it's perfect but I will keep it. Nothing like the picture online though.

Rakkiss website claims that they "stand by everything they make" with "Easy shipping, returns, and exchanges." This is far from the truth. After receiving an item that did not fit and the quality was less than expected, their customer service has been almost unresponsive. After two weeks of unanswered emails to their customer service, they finally responded with an offer for a 5% credit to use to buy something else "since they are an international trade".

I ordered from Rakkiss.com and never received my order. I got an order confirmation email, and weeks later a tracking number that weeks later is still "not found" and still no product delivered!!! Now I am fighting paypal for a refund. The only contact for rakkiss.com is service at rakkiss.com which sends an immediate email back as undeliverable. I'm so sick of being scammed! I'm just bored always shopping Amazon.

WHY WHY WHY Didn't I read these reviews first. The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered 3 "cashmere" jumpers that took ages to arrive. When they did they looked nothing like the pictures. They were a horrible fleece cheap material. I paid nearly £90 for these so not exactly cheap but I should have known better. Every time I try to contact them they block my email. I commented on their facebook page but they've removed my comments and stopped me from posting. TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful!!! Took over a month to get here !! And when it did my order was all wrong never ordered anything they sent me !! Looks like little girls clothes! Awful smelly material!! They should be reported! Never again.

I placed a large order along time ago. Probably a month or so. I still have not received. I have contacted the company and got no answers or explanation. The tracking number provided dose not even work. Very very disappointing. If I do not receive soon will file complaint to credit card company.

Horrible. Product is cheap, not as described and not even of the correct material. Never, ever, ever!

Now that I complained here, I got finally a refund. But only 10 percent. What a joke!! Will you trust this website? Not me!!! Scam!! Be careful!!

I ordered from Rakkiss.com and had the absolute worst experience and received the worst product. It took about a month to receive anything and I sent two emails asking about my order before I finally got it. Their website can be deceiving!! This company is in China, but it says that nowhere on the website. They use pictures of white models in country clothing or by the ocean. I don’t know where they get these photos from, but the clothes you receive are nothing like the items pictured and the sizing is way different than the size charts. Fake blurry reproductions placed onto cheap material like shirts. I wouldn’t pay a $1.00 for a shirt like the ones I received. Then when you finally get the clothing and are so disappointed, there is email upon email correspondence getting the run around to try and return it. After digging up and taking pictures of 8 different items they require, all they want to do is give discounts to get more horrible products. They keep telling me that the shipping returns are paid for by the buyer and it’s very expensive to send back to China. Oh, and even if you decide to send it back and they don’t want to resell your items, then they won’t refund the money. Total waste of 2 months time and I’m out all of my money. What a scam!!!
