Ramsey Moore sold our property through the tough times of Covid 19. Regardless of the challenges in 2020, there wasn't a week when we didn't have viewings and all appointments were covid safe.
Always at the end of a phone, Gary was understanding and supportive of any hiccups that arose. We sold and smoothly completed.
We had experience with other estate agents that have many offices in the area, but they were always busy and made us feel like a number. Ramsey Moore had a personal touch. That's what counts these days, personal and professional service.

This is the second time we've used Ramsey Moore in a year as we've had to sell both my parents places after they passed away. We live 250 miles away so we've had to hand over the keys in both cases and let the Estate Agents do their job and we have not been disappointed. After the first sale went through we changed estate agents to Ramsey Moore and they got the job done without fuss and with real helpfulness. Can't recommend them enough.

Ramsey Moore (Dagenham) were the perfect choice for selling my house. When conducting the viewing Derek assured me that their aim was to make the process as smooth as possible for me. He definitely delivered on this, viewings were conducted and offers gathered so that I could make the best choice based on my needs. At all stages Derek was just an email or phone call away with prompt responses even outside work hours. Any house sale will throw up stressful moments and Derek ensured that he was there to manage these.

I would definitely recommend Ramsey Moore to anyone looking to sell their property.

We sat down with a number of estate agents but my wife and I were both impressed with Tony from Ramsey Moore.

Tony was informative and friendly. He and the company did a great job advertising our property and were competitively priced.

We were part of a fairly large chain which was very complex but Tony was fantastic in chasing solicitors/agents and keeping us updated regularly.

Tony was always available to discuss the situation and we cannot rate him highly enough.

Bought a 3 bed house via Ramsey Moore agents. House was a chain and agents where very informative during the whole process. Always kept me up to date and very prompt with responses to any queries during purchase. Would rate highly.

Being first time buyers we were not too sure what to expect really, but we dealt with Derek who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process; on the ball, kept us updated, extremely helpful, patient (especially with our solicitors!) and just generally an all round lovely guy to work with.

I'm so glad I found Ramsey Moore. Mark and the team were first class. They kept us informed of each stage of the process, gave us a push when we needed it and sorted the EPC too. The sale is complete and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The employee of this estate agency who shows us the property, is not professional at all. After showing property and we give a verbal confirmation that we will take it to further steps. Agent told us first come the first service(we were the first one) but when we tried to contact agent keep ignoring us. we called many time agent didnt reply also no reply from email, When we communicate,The strategy has changed. we been informed 12 offers has received and to be fair with everyone agent is not considering anyone but if we are more interested then we can submit our docs. this how agents deal with clients. we were so desperate to get a house in this covid situation. each day waiting was so horrible experience for us. we are front line/key worker, we had to take a day off to view properties. but agent takes too long to communicate. Finally, agent wasn't even reply to any of my email whether we approved by the landlord or not. its shameful and disgrace to deal with such an agent of RamsayMore.
