Everybody at Randalls is always very happy and supportive when new product drops arrive, especially when they are very sought after. My order came just a couple of days after ordering and I didn't pay for fast shipping. If you are never sure what to choose, bundle deals are available and if you want to know what something tastes like or what to expect, the team are VERY helpful as somebody has typically tried the products so it's easier to determine whether it will be right for you.
My #1 favourite website to buy international goodies. You're all a credit to the company and I am so very excited for the Christmas releases coming soon!
Special mention to the Wednesday Games' Nights, so much work goes into them and they are so much fun. Long live Randalls!

I am slightly addicted to ordering from Randalls. Not just do they always supply amazing snacks and drinks from around the world but the people that work at Randalls are so kind and helpful. Whenever there has been a mistake with my order, which is very rare but mistkaes can happen to anyone, they are always helpful and ready to sort any issue out. I have ordered from other similar online shops similar to Randalls, but Randalls has been the only one i have happily come back to again and again. To me it is not just a shop, but i feel its like a small little community and i love that.

In response to your reply, the aniseed balls did not arrive, instead I had 2 packets of mushrooms, the peanut sweets taste nothing like the originals and as for delivery it was late which you admitted in my other review on your page
