We bought 3 Randox Day 2 tests which were delivered very quickly. As soon as we arrived we followed the instructions and then left them in a dropbox. Less than 12 hours later we had our results.
We also ordered 2 halo spit tests for our younger children. The process with downloading their app was much more complicated. It’s a courier service with poor communication - tests were picked up late. Results are still not back 38 hours later 🙄
Would buy all Randox tests next time!

Unfortunately went quiet on us when trying to cancel an order that was not needed due to changed travel rules. Despite multiple phone calls and emails no replies were ever received. Cancellation was within their Terms and Conditions ("You have a right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the date of order to receive a refund" - see their website: covid-19-terms-and-conditions). Took the money and ran!

Family of four used Manchester Airport T2 walk through. Were able to take tests earlier than time booked. Efficient and friendly service from all the staff there. Results back within 18 hours. Competitive price. Would use again.

Just had return PCR test at Manchester Airport. Appointment booked and paid for online prior to travel, small discount as flew with Virgin. Arrived few minutes early for appointment at 08.45, efficiently checked in & test completed, all done in a couple of minutes & on our way home. Email confirmation of registration and then receipt of sample at
Lab at 11.15. Result was then emailed through at 17.00, so about an 8 hour turn around & thus out of isolation! Very efficient, good communication & prompt results - will use again if requirement for return PCR.

Excellent service. Received results in a very timely manor which is just what we needed with the current guidance of having to isolate until receipt of a negative test. Posted yesterday lunchtime and received results this morning.

Once payment is received online registration cannot be completed. A software feature?
The 2-day sample cannot be returned.
Would FOI allow sight of Randox return rate? I suspect it is Very Low.

Fit to fly LFT for group of 5 on ski trip. Easy app to operate and complete in short time. Results back in 30mins which is quick than C19 which was 7 hours. Would use again.

Is there a less than one star rating. I wrote in September about the impossibility of getting to speak to anyone in customer services about a problem with a DAY 2 covid test. I never did manage to get to talk with anyone and therefore my covid test was never completed. You may be concerned about the cosy crony deals done by the Johnson government. Randox was awarded two covid contracts, neither of which were advertised or subject to open competition. If you disapprove then it is a no-brainer to look elsewhere.

Tried to cancel a PCR within the 2 week 'cool off' period, keeping within Randox's terms and conditions. After trying to contact Randox several times via their customer contact form, and recieving no response I finally tried to call them. After navigating a total of 6minutes worth of call options to the right department, I was told that all operators were busy, not given an option to wait and was hung up on.

If I travel again, which is likely, I would go out of my way to book with another provider. Sorry Randox, but to be competitive you need to at least meet the basic needs of your customers. In this current pandemic landscape that is the ability for the customer to cancel services in response to changing travel plans. Most hotels and other services have managed to do this successfully, why haven't you?

If I was able to rate this company I would rate it 0. We have spent £150 on 3 family members for a test and to date haven't received the result. We lost 3 days salary. Pls, avoid this company. They don't reply to your mail also.

Had our fit to fly express tests from East Midlands with randox and Marc was amazing! Very informative and helpful. Easy and quick will definitely use again!!

I booked an antigen test at 10am at Stratford Westfield. When I turned up, there was a queue over 3 hours long. They did not honour my appointment time. It is impossible to get through to anyone to claim a refund. A bunch of scamsters.

Thank you to Gerard who was a great help when I came into the store last week. Despite the busy atmosphere and my own anxiety about travelling and the testing process he took the time to explain the different services/options available to me on site and online. He was polite and patient and put my nerves at ease. He is clearly excelling in this customer service role and a great asset to the Stratford Westfield branch and Randox company as a whole.

Terrible company to deal with. Paid for 3 pcr tests in their Glasgow branch as we were going to Iceland on 4 December. Arrived in Iceland only to be told that the Icelandic border control and other governments were not accepting randox pcr tests. When asked why, we were told that there were doubts regarding the results of Randox pcr tests due to the volume of tests being carried out by them. We had to take another pcr test at reykjavik airport and isolate in our hotel until we got our results. Luckily we were negative. Have e mailed 3 times to Randox. No reply. Disgusting service. Only out to make money

Simple and great service, drive up, met by person to direct you where to go, documents checked, test done, result by end of the day. No issues, good service and good price .

Just not fit for purpose. I ordered 3 lateral flow tests - they have never arrived. 4 weeks later I asked for a refund...I received no reply. I then used their "contact us" page and asked for some kind of explanation - weeks later I have heard nothing. Randox is not geared up for mass market demand and seems to work fine when the demand for pcr or lf test kits is minimal, but as soon as foreign travel is permitted and demand increases they cannot cope. My strong advice is avoid.

We ordered 2 PCR test while on holiday via holiday rep and was told Randox was the Cheapest so we went ahead and ordered, we got back on the 4th December took test on the 5th December No Results on 10th I have sent to emails and phoned there terrible customer service line 3 times I got through to actual people twice who said they would chase up my PCR TEST but no one called back. Now I'm thinking do I have to pay for a second test to be able to leave isolation? Terrible company bad communication.
