Applied for a loan last year and unfortunately was declined but was given steps to reapply at a later stage with the nod that if I were to do said steps, they would approve... voila, applied 6 months later and as promised, loan was approved.

Process was very simple and Carmen and Gemma were very helpful and responsive.

I originally applied through Driva, which added considerable time, but next time applied direct, process took about 2 days and then had the money in my bank that night after signing the contract.

10/10 would recommend.

Went though Driva to get matched with this company, got emails saying “Great news — your personal loan application looks great “
To saying unfortunately they weren’t able to give me a loan
Why make statements like that getting people hopes up to be declined
Would give zero stars if I could
It’s not the fact of not getting a loan got one with another lender, it just the down right wrong stay away👍

This company is the worst, they lie regarding internet rates. The customer service is less then par. Do your home work do not use them they are the pits

IM SO ANGRY! I NEVER ACTUALLY APPLIED FOR A LOAN I MERELY CHECKED THEM OUT I PUT A DEW DETAILS IN THEN NEXT THING THEYRW DOING CREDIT CHECKS, 2 in 2 months. Completely destroyed my credit rating! I’m fuming

Everything was applied online, my contact Lucas.J did an awesome job helping me with consolidation loan. One payment has never been so easy, saving me a few hundred dollars.

The team was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. They explained everything clearly and made the intial process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their customer service department.

Worst company it's like they want you to fail, my circumstances changed less money coming in and rent going up and bad on me but I just couldn't keep up with payments but was still paying something asked for financial hardship one of their employees told me to do that and they wanted me to pay an unbelievable amount up front and then three other payments then back to normal payments, struggling with the fortnightly payment but that was what was offered to me for financial hardship nothing at all like what the employee told me it would be. Don't really listen to what you're saying, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Would recommend Rapid Loans. Rang me back after my initial enquire really quickly which I didn’t get with 2 other companies I tried to engage with. Professional and friendly first point of contact in Customer Service. Paper work for application pretty straightforward.

I thought the whole process of getting the info pack to fill out my loan application was really good. Good customer service.
