Received the raid in timely fashion, all in perfect condition and ready to go out of the box. Radios are already programmed and in total operational mode.

I purchased 6 Radios, 1 Base unit and 1 My Emergency Radio last year at the start of hurricane season. Turned out they were really handy during aftermath of storms including Helene so that we could talk to our children.
A couple of weeks ago while checking preparations for this season I discovered one of the radios not responding. Contacted their customer support and working with Hailey S. could not have been more satisfied with their service. She stayed right on the issue until I had all radios functioning. She was great. The company and product are great.
One note; I noticed some people complain about the annual renewal fee. I knew that was the case when I bought them. It is on their site. And the radios have SIM cards. Not sure why people are confused on this. It is not a monthly cell bill.
Anyway, these radios work for our family and customer service is great. Especially Hailey S.

I called and talked to Kara today about a small issue with not receiving all 5 of my new radios. However within minutes Kara had it all figured out and 2 new radios shipped out and the tracking number in my email. Without the best customer service I have had in a really long time!!!! She needs a raise!!! 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

Have 6 radios and clarity and much quicker then using cell phone to contact our field and shop crew - its the bees right now... 😁 We highly suggest for businesses, I will order more.

We purchased two radios and we have been very pleased with the performance. The radios work great and are very clear.

I want to start off by saying I purchased 3 of these radios because I was sold on the Emergency Contact gimmick. Well a gimmick is all it really is. A couple months after receiving setup radios, I went to try them out again because I was traveling so I was determined to put them to the test. Well, short lived that was, Rapid Radios can(without concent) just deactivate your service and completely wipe your radios at any point. All 3 of our radios were completely blank, no contacts, no way to communicate with the others, just blank. I contacted Rapid Radios(with a lot of struggle to get through to a person), and they confirmed that they did deactivate it but they assured me that they could submit a request to reactivate all 3, no problem.. No Problem?? So in the case of an emergency, now I need to require a cellphone or internet to contact Rapid Radios to reactivate my radios because they deactivated them for a reason I still do not know and they refused to tell me. After a lot of back and forth, and doing research, I figured out just how much of a scam this company is. Do yourself a favor, youtube reviews from radio experts, NOT from salesmen, and learn the truth.

Being non-techie and elderly, we sure appreciated Patrick's and Michelle's taking the time to walk us through the activation process. We finally, after so many calls and questions, were able to get to the activation page. Thank God! My cats knocked my radios off my table and couldn't proceed with proceed programming my radios, CSR and with in 10 minutes I was in the air!...Thanks Rapid Radios!.After reading some of the negative reviews people are not reading the statements,you get slammed by carriers SIM CARDS more them you think.I'll pay 50$ per talkie no problem, Verizon charge is half of your bill, wake up people.

The radios are reliable trustworthy to use, we use the radios in our construction company the workers are very happy with them.

Rapid Radios are the bomb. They truly work anywhere you go, plus if you opt to purchase the solar kit you can literally take these radios anywhere you choose. I highly recommend these radios.

Im beyond pleased with my experience with rapid radios. We have 2 so far with plans to add one more radio to our account. I have yet to come into a area where it doesnt work. Even areas that cells phones usually have very poor reception you get loud and clear service with rapid radios. All around very pleased with my experience and the customer support. I have had to call a few times and each time the team at rapid has been outstanding

I have traveled a lot of areas throughout the country and many places have poor cell service, I have used this radio all over and I have not encountered an issue.
I’m currently in New Jersey… these radios are perfect for those of us who are away from our families and god forbid cell service goes down as we have recently seen. Now I have a piece of mind and I can get ahold of my wife if I need to…. It takes away some of the worrisome that most of us feel.

Customer service can make or break a company.
My experience with Rapid Radios Customer service was top shelf. They fixed my issue and communication was better than I could have asked for.

I do recommend and I would purchase again

We tried to use the radios on a four wheeling trip in rural Oregon and rural Idaho. They were worthless in back country. I thought they would work like traditional walkie talkies. We did not realize you had to be within cellular service in order for them to work. Disappointed ☹️
