Love these radios
Love these radios, I’ve tested them by giving one to my 9 year old and sending him out to the woods nearby to fish and play, it came back dirty and wet. But it worked great and cleaned up nicely. Great product!

The annual service fee is prominently displayed in multiple areas on our website, including the product page under “What’s Included,” the FAQ page, the Terms of Service page, our emails, and on various landing pages. We understand it can still be surprising if overlooked, and we apologize if this wasn’t clear initially.
Regarding battery life, the issue could be related to faulty batteries. We’re more than happy to send replacements to see if that resolves the problem you’re experiencing.

I had an issue with the radios. I texted support, and Joshua was very helpful. The issue was cleared up. The radios were talking to each other and transmitting. Great support!

Work right out of the box!
Very helpful and quick responses from support. They work great! We live in the UP of MI. Gives my 83 yo Mom peace of mind. Her power and phone go out a lot and poor cell service. With Rapid Radios she can be in contact with us 24/7. Love they are made in MI!

GREAT PRODUCT
The product came quick even with it being a black Friday purchase! Absolutely love these radios, sent them out with my workers to try them and they can't believe how well they work! I also had our group name and radios identified through an online application and it was answered and completed the same day... GREAT SERVICE!!

My experiance wirh Rapid radios from the time i ordered, to the day i unboxed my 6 pack, ive been very pleased. Not only do the radios work great, they also gave me a rapid radio radio bag. all my questions in a timely manner.
The staff is very supportive and kind.
I haven't used my radios a lot in 2025
so they got me back on track in ten minutes. I asked for an instruction package and they sent it to me in the

Ties that bind
I set up a group with myself, my wife and my sister-in-law in another state. Our phone system goes down at the most in opportune times. Our radio provides the back up we need to insure communication now and for the unpredictable future. Members of an America government group are seeing this now as a secure back up to our existing LTE network and will join my group but as a separate group tying me to them but not them to my existing members.

Their email responses are incredibly fast and helpful, even on a Sunday. I had a response in minutes from Erika for my renewal of the SIM card on 4 radios and was able to renew all 4 at the same time instead of inputting each of the IMEI codes. I know they advertise no monthly charges, but the $50 renewal fee is no big deal, and the radios work great, crystal clear..
