Great service, incredible friendly staff. Very easy to deal with. Yes they had to come to me more than once, only because my photos did not show all the work that needed doing. They were very professional and understanding. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed
Disappointed . My Audi etron GT wing mirror was smashed, I sent pictures which they inspected, clearly showing the housing wasn't damaged, yet they ordered a complete wing mirror and housing which was then on back order for weeks.
I eventually went to Mertech privately, who confirmed only the mirror glass needed replacing and fixed it the very next day. No updates from Rapid Repair Network unless I chased my insurer. Weeks wasted waiting for a part that wasn't even needed.

I had Josh your technician to fix my bodywork on my car. What an absolute gem! He turned up dead on time & it was pouring with rain. However, he didn’t once complain he just got on with it. He was drenched. He was so cheerful despite the awful weather & kept me updated regularly. He did a fabulous job & he is an absolute asset to your company. Thank you for sending Josh!

Quality cosmetic repair!
Needed some quality cosmetic repair work done to my pride and joy. These guys were prompt, professional, and the finish was excellent - like nothing happened! I haven't seen this sort of work done before, especially not on my driveway, so it's impressive and a real assurance that if things need doing in future I know there is somewhere I can go without hesitation.

Nothing too much trouble
The repair was carried out with car and attention and the result was excellent. Communication with the engineer was brilliant and always knew what was happening even though we needed to rearrange because of complications with the site access.
