I’m really sorry you haven’t received your parcel yet.
We’ve checked with FedEx and they attempted delivery this morning, with a photo of the doorframe uploaded as proof. We’ve now asked them to try delivering again tomorrow. It would be a huge help if someone could be available at the address, and you can also use the tracking link we emailed to follow the status or add delivery instructions.

I ordered a bike and then realised that…
I ordered a bike and then realised that putting it together was going to be beyond me. I got in touch to confirm this via email and then I spoke to an amazing member of staff called Fred. He was simply excellent on the phone (just as it was a big item to be returned so I was a but unsure) - he was very paitent & friendly/ and got me sorted.
I always think companies show their true colours when something needs changed - either a return exchange or similar.
And in this case the service was simply excellent - I genuinley wished I stayed closer as I would have been able to get my bike build by them.
Thank you for such a good expriernce - buying was easy/ delivery was brilliant and I am sorry ive had to return. But I 100% highly recommend these folk!

Just rang them , I had taken delivery from an online retailer and was unsure about the battery ignition...the young man explained it to me, very courteous and polite... would recommend ringing if your not sure about anything... thanks guys x

Amazing service showed me how to use e bike explained very clear and understandable in simple terms 10/10 would recommend to anyone who hates Halfords. Support these guys.

Great in person service
Really helpful and accomodating staff, realised I could collect my bike in person so rang Rapid Scooter and changed my order. Bike was assembled, charged and ready to go. They talked me through the essentials and made me feel confident with my new bike.

Bargain priced e-bike, delivered promptly
Bargain price for the e-bike I bought. Haven’t seen that price anywhere else. It made me a bit nervous but in 3 working days the bike was delivered and it seems all good, so no worries.

Regarding the G2 Master, the model does come with a firmer suspension setup from the factory, not something our staff have control over, as it’s designed for mixed terrain and heavier riders. However, we completely understand that suspension feel can be very personal depending on riding style and comfort preferences. We’re genuinely pleased to hear that you were able to fit suspension units that better suit your needs and have improved your riding experience.
