Generally, everything was very good and professional. I'm giving 2 star less because there was a lack of information. I bought the product from Barcelona and was surprised to have to pay an additional €23 in customs clearance charges when it arrived, on top of the UPS shipping cost. The product itself was worth only around €8, so these unexpected fees should have been made clear before purchase.

My first time experience in dealing with Andrew Doe was very disappointing. While initially forthcoming his attitude changed after a followup email, in that legitimate questions were dealt with in what felt like a dismissive manner with an answer begining " We are going round in circles". When pressed for an answer to a specific question sent by email to Andrew Doe the response I received was as follows..
" You are just not listening to me. Must do, because I have been doing it for 40 years"
Rapid Welding & Industrial Supplies as represented by Andrew Doe would be better served listening to a potential new customer instead of accusing the potential new customer of " not listening to me"
Our requirement for GASIQ Regulators will now go to another distibutor.

Quick response to questions and very fast delivery

I do not usually leave reviews but felt compelled to leave this one.
Spoke to James after having trouble with our Mig welding set. Within half an hour the welding set was collected and taken back to the workshop.
The set was inspected and explanation of work and cost was sent through within the hour. A purchase order was arranged for work to be carried out.
Next thing we new 4 hours after the set was collected it was returned repaired and serviced and back to us so we could continue with our work.
Very impressed with the service and communication proved by the team at Rapid. We done guys excellent service
