Order taken then 5 days later to receive an email to say there was a delay further 5/10days before they despatch items .

Delivering beyond the expected...unlike other suppliers!
The main thing for me is to get what I am asking for and not having to wait eons to get it with excuses such as Brexit, The China virus or Ukraine! I am in the no mans land between exited designers and the optimistic scientists and everyone wants these things yesterday, so having a supplier like Rapid Welding on side is a great reassurance.

There are both positive and negative results following the UK’s departure from the EU. Unfortunately, the taxation and import duties some countries charge have increased the landed cost to our customers of our products. We will always try to be competitive and will strive to continue to supply a Rapid service to our customers.
Our shipping charge is our standard charge for all European orders under £400 and as shown at the time you placed your order.
UPS’s brokerage charge is their charge to clear the goods on importation. We have investigated many different couriers to minimise these fees whilst also considering their overall customer service and UPS offers the best overall option, although I do appreciate you do not think so. We do regularly review this process and will continue to do so.

Placed order for my partner, which never showed up thanks to terrible service from Parcelforce. I emailed Rapid Welding about this who were very quick with reply and helped chase Parcelforce. Josh from RapidWelding is a complete gent, kept in regular contact by email and even posted new items out for me, advising they would pursue claim with courier. Fantastic service, and have already recommended to others!

Great company
Great company. I'm just a small fry customer to them, but they're just as helpful and rapid with their help and delivery. Highly recommended. 10/10 won't be using ebay for welding supplies again.
