Communication was A*. Paid a deposit to hold a car for us for 2 days not to be sold. Customer service was great too. Siyovush was extremely patient when having multiple issues with the banks transferring the money.
Met the seller at a business park/offices not a sales garage etc. which was unexpected and made us slightly anxious. It seems to be more of a single person/2-man business buying and selling cars rather than a ‘car sales company’. 6 months warranty provided via email the following day. Drove the car home from London to South Wales with no issues.
