Professional, Diligent and Responsive
We became clients of Rathbones four years ago, and are looked after by Robert Walker & Will Evans, two very impressive individuals. There were some minor bumps with on-boarding, but overall we are very happy with the service offered by Rathbones. This is an impressive wealth management company providing a high quality customer experience, and always enthusiastic to inform, guide, advise and educate. So far, so good. I would highly recommend Rathbones. I’m very happy with the service provided by William Luttrell-Hunt and his team at Rathbones. Will has looked after my finances, and those of my family, for over 35 years through the different phases of our lives.
He has always taken great care to understand my personal circumstances, aspirations and attitude to risk, and his advice has consistently reflected that understanding. A really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with both William Day and the team at Rathbones. We joined them as a family after my dad passed away, during what was naturally a very difficult and emotional time, and they have been absolutely brilliant throughout.
From the very beginning, they made us feel completely safe and secure with our investments. Their communication is always clear, professional, and reassuring, and we genuinely feel that our money is being looked after with great care and expertise.
What has stood out most is the combination of professionalism and kindness they bring to everything they do. Great Service
We have been with Rathbones for a little less than two years (having moved from Citi Private Bank) and so far we have been very happy with the service we have received from Billy and his team. The service is personal and attentive and so far investment performance has lived up to expectations. I'm very happy with the service provided by William and his team. Consistently beneficial support for most of our active life.
We have followed William for advice and management of our investments for very many years, since well before Rathbones. We have not ever doubted or regretted this.
At Rathbones, William and his team have continued to give critical and beneficial advice: flexible, responsive, always accessible, regularly reviewed in person, always understanding and attentive to our particular circumstances. This has included all-important, timely introductions to specialist colleagues on planning, pensions, tax and family affairs.
The support has been made readily available to other members of our family (children, relations) without hesitation or particular pre-condition; and has financially benefited and been much appreciated by each.

William Day has been managing our investments ever since he joined Rathbones in 2014. He and his team have always taken been careful and attentive, advised on provision for our grandchildren and recently begun to manage investments for our daughter and her husband.
