Item arrived broken. It was not what I ordered. Not even close. Customer service is quick to respond but despite sending them pictures still insist the product is correct and have told me to glue it.
No hinges, no elastic band, certainly cannot hold multiple artworks.
What a load of rubbish and it wasn't cheap either.

They sent me the product and then customer service reached out but would not answer my questions and couldn't even provide me with a link to the product I wanted. (This is because the link to their products was not obvious and I purchased the wrong product).

They would also not consider an exchange even though I was prepared to pay.

Het zijn oplichters. Sturen andere producten op. Doen alsof ze in Amerika zitten waarop ze achteraf nog btw extra in rekening brengen terwijl ze vanuit China versturen. En als je dan na 1 maand wel wat ontvangt dan is het niet het juiste. Ze beweren het juiste te hebben verzonden. Omschrijving correspondeert niet met gebruikte foto's. Bestel er niks! Nog bezig met PayPal om aankoopbedrag terug te krijgen

Item received wasn’t as described on their website at all. Frame with a slit in!? No hinges, no elastic or string to hold 150 pictures. Utter scam and I’ve heard nothing back from their support email to get a refund, swap or return the piece of junk I got. Avoid !!!

Levert niet wat je bestelt. Als je daar over mailt is de productpagina inmiddels aangepast zodat het lijkt alsof je wel degelijk hebt gekregen wat je besteld hebt. Gelukkig via Paypal betaald en via hen alsnog geld terug gekregen.

Total dog waste. I ordered the kids pic frames. I got garbage and paid over $500 cad. They offered me 5, 8, then $11 for a refund.

I ordered 3 hinged children's art display frames for more than $60 and received 3 simple slotted frames. When I complained they said that I ordered slotted frames, but the picture on my order confirmation showed a hinged frame. Nowhere on the website does it mention or depict the kind of frame I received, I couldn't even use their search tool as the website is now barely functional. Clearly a scam, very misleading, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give no stars then I would. Do not trust this company! I paid a decent amount of money for the product that was advertised and did not receive it. I received something else and then have had nothing but terrible service since. Only to be told that it's not the wrong item that was shipped even though I sent pictures that clearly showed otherwise. I was also then told that the exchange or refund process would take too long and if they are not what I want then to give them to friends as gifts.
I have seen that I am not the only person that this has happened to which is very disappointing.

I received items that were clearly different from the items I ordered. I complained with a picture of the items I ordered and a picture of the items I received, but they insisted that these are the correct items.
They told me that they could not give me a refund according to their rules. This is a disgusting scam group that tramples on the feelings of parents who care about their children.
I paid US $75 but for some reason they are offering to refund US $3. I don't understand!

NIET BESTELLEN!!! DON'T ORDER!!!

Voor meer dan €80 aan fotolijstjes besteld die aan de voorzijde open kunnen als een deurtje, om makkelijk de kunstwerkjes van je kinderen in op te bergen en ten toon te stellen. Ik ontving de simpelste lijsten die er bestaan.. Zonder voorzijde die makkelijk open kan.. Gewoon een simpel ding met 2 plastic velletjes waar dan je papier of foto tussen kan.
Meerdere malen gemaild met het bedrijf met foto's van wat ik heb ontvangen en met printscreens van de plaatjes op hun site en uit mijn order bevestiging (waar echt duidelijk op te zien is dat de voorzijde als een deurtje open gaat) en ze blijven zeggen dat zij geen verschil zien en dus niets kunnen doen...
Heb nu een klacht ingediend over het bedrijf bij Paypal.. Hopelijk krijg ik via die weg mijn geld nog terug.

Having ordered from the site the reviews are made up and fake. Total junk arrived for £50 which was smashed to pieces in transit. Asked for a full refund based on my consumer rights allowing me to return the items within 14 days of delivery which was refused and offered $5. Now in the hands of my Credit Card company to resolve under Section 75. AVOID AND DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Net als de andere reviewers; je krijgt een product wat niet overeenkomt met wat je hebt besteld. Ze hebben inmiddels de productpagina aangepast met de juiste afbeeldingen, maar de rest van de site laat nog de andere frames zien.

Geen enkele erkenning of acceptabele hulp vanuit 'customer service' (aanbod van 50% retour en de frames houden) terwijl het aantoonbaar andere producten zijn (op basis van afbeeldingen uit de orderbevestiging, en de object codes op de doos die je krijgt).

Ze sturen rommel. 70 euro betaald voor drie stukken hout die geen kids art lijsten zijn zoals op de afbeelding van de order. Bestel hier niet!!!!

Echt een scamwebsite. Ze adverteren met een product wat er prima uit ziet.
Je ontvangt een heel ander product, dat niet eens lijkt op de foto’s.
Customer service zegt bij een klacht dat ze goede producten hebben en dat je hebt gekregen wat je hebt besteld. En als het niet bevalt dat je het dan weg kan geven aan iemand anders.
Niet eens een behoorlijk voorstel om iets op te lossen (per ongeluk verkeerd sturen kan wel eens gebeuren)

Bestel hier dus nooit!!
