I ordered this puzzle as a xmas gift for my child - “Last Day Promotion 49% OFF-Metal Puzzle Ring,Educational intellectual Toys IQ Toys,Metal Brain teaser Puzzles × 1 A+B+C” - off of Facebook and paid an additional $14.99 for shipping. I received email confirmations. Gift never arrived and now the rationalu website is gone. NEVER order products from vendors Facebook.

UPDATE: I finally received an email from support 1/21/25 suggesting the package was en route, but I also use a security software app that says rationalu’s website contains malware. Buyer beware.

Not a reputable business. Basically got scammed order something off their site after seeing an ad on Instagram. My fault for not researching this business first before making the purchase. Disputing the charges now. Stay away. Good chance whatever you're looking for is already in Amazon or some other more established seller.

I ordered the BLACK eyeliner, and after waiting got two Silver eyeliners. My order summary shows that I ordered black. They will not send me the correct eyeliners that I ordered nor will they give me a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RATIONALU...SCAMMERS!

Definitely a SCAM. They mislead you into thinking you're getting FIVE shorts for the price of ONE. You wait forever for your delivery and surprise, surprise. I paid about 40 bucks for ONE pair of shorts. They tried to over charge me with a hidden fee and I requested a refund immediately from PayPal with proof of the original total that was 10 bucks less. I tried to cancel the order when the "accidental" charge was made (literally as soon as I received the receipt) They told me they were unable to cancel because it had already shipped! There was NO way it could have shipped that quick. The
"support" stopped replying to me after I caught them in that lie...... just a horrible experience all around.

Never received my order

I kept seeing video advertising while playing various games on FB. In each of the video ad's they claim that you get five pairs of shorts for the price of one. I ordered, they not only shipped one pair they added fees to take the cost from $29 to $40. Why the hell would I buy a pair of shorts from China and overpay. I can buy Adidas shorts on Ebay for $10

If I could give it a 0 I would. I ordered 2 sets of 5 shorts in size medium and XL. I got 1 shorts in xl and 1 in medium. They never sent the other 8 shorts. I have been going back and forward with them for 1 month. They were suppose to charge me $56, but they added money and charged me $70. I called my cc company and they are getting me back my money. They couldn't believe what they did. I am beyond pissed.

Scammers!!! Order and received 1 pair. They won’t send the other 4 pairs or even give a full refund. Don’t order. They are all the way in China.
They have ads from different named companies. Don’t fall for it. They all come from the same place.

Everything went wrong.

Misleading advertising and hidden 35% tax. Shows 5 shorts, and only sends one for $49.84, the whole thing is a scam.

I hope terrible tragedy comes to those running this scam.

I was mislead to believe that I could get 5 pairs of shorts in one bag. Discounted to 49% off.. about 26 dollars. I had wanted my order of 2 bags of 5 different color of pairs of 2xl shorts. When they arrived yesterday, I only recieved 2 black shorts. That is not what I asked for! It cost me 59.17 dollars for 2 shorts. Said free shipping over 50 bucks, Not! Part of the reason why I ordered 2 packs of 5 shorts. I thought that this was a much better deal. I am very disappointed and want all my money back. Return information is terrible and sends you in a circle to frustrate you into giving up. Better deal at wal-mart. I won't buy on line Facebook ever again! First time and last time! I feel like I was suckered and lost about 60 bucks!

I purchased buy 5 get 5 free underwear. The tracking number they gave me was moving very slow but was moving. When there was no movement in a week a contacted them. The apologized stating they had given me the wrong tracking number and that my packaged had already delivered please check with the post office and gave me a new tracking number that showed delivered. I never received anything . They then told me that I had received 1 pair of panties. Their confirmation even states buy 5 get 5 free. They say I only ordered 1 pair. I ordered 1 of the buy 5 get 5 free and I received nothing. They consider this matter closed and I need to check with the post office for recovering the 1 pair they sent me.

Dårlig service, det tager længe før man for sine vare, samt det tøj jeg havde bestilt var alt for småt , men det er umuligt , at for lov til , at sende retur , henviser til engelske sider hvor der intet står om hvordan man sender retur , har prøvet x mange at oplyse rationa.com om dette , de henviser til ubrugelige sider . 🤬

This is a SPAM company.
I was told I could have 5 free if I bought 5- for a price of $16.
In fact, I was charged $26 for ONE with delivery
When I wrote to support, they told me to contact seller.
Even though it was not my responsibility, I tried but was warned by bitdefender not too.
