Weill UK are very good at ignoring their customers buying their watches is a risk
A number of years ago my wife kindly purchased a watch from this company. It was very expensive and marked a special occasion.
I have previously sent the watch to Raymond Weill UK for a service and did so again about a month ago.
I have paid for the service using my credit card as the service was over £100 which is just was well. Despite a number of communications from me, and asking that they send me tracking information for the return, I have heard nothing. They are completely ignoring me which find at least rude if not insulting and verging on the illegal.
My experience of Raymond Weill UK is VERY POOR to date. If you are looking for a watch then I can only advise that you go to another company that values their customers and does not ignore them.
I will update this review in the unlikely circumstance that I hear from them. However, so far I have raised a complaint with my credit card requesting a chargeback for the cost of the service. I may have to pursue them via the courts for the watch which I would prefer not to do but will go down that route.
The moral of the story is simple DONT BUY RAYMOND WEILL WATCHES.
