Ease of website use. When in store sales people are very helpful and friendly.

Great selection, Lane, in the Carpet area was very helpful and everything went exactly as planned and we loved the carpeting we got. The installers were very professional and efficient, and did a beautiful job. Great communication with everyone at RC Willey. Would strongly recommend.

My wife was able to talk to Mark Brewster in Sacramento, and he took care of the transaction for the bed to be delivered from Reno. He made contact with her a couple of times to be sure everything was in order

The true highlight about our getting our new bed was the delivery. I have a long, steep drivewy. They carried the to box springs up. Then they carried a hideously heavy mattress up my driveway and then our steps. They even helped my wife place the beds dust ruffles. They were efficient and polite. RC Willey, Reno should be quite proud about the two delivery men they sent to my home. PLEASE, post this AND make sure those two delivery men hear how appreciated they were.

I bought a bedroom set several months ago. There has been one delay after another. I finally got a couple of the pieces and were told the nightstands were on back order. Much later I was told they arrived. When I scheduled delivery only one of the nightstands were delivered saying the other was damaged in shipment. They have offered no alternatives, have said nothing when the nightstand would arrive. When I asked to have my purchase refunded they said I would have to pay a 20% useage fee. To date I still have not received my complete set and it over 4 months now. I get no updates and no communication from them. I wrote a previous review about this and I got their standard apology and said to write a note to the store. I wrote the note and never even got a reply. When they reply to these reviews don’t get confused that they are doing anything or compensating you for their terrible customer service. It’s just a customary gesture trying to make the public believe they are responsive which they are not. Don’t do business with this company. The corporate office who I called also took no accountability and were downright rude on the phone saying they cannot be responsible for shipment damage or delays from their vendors.

Check out the reply again from RC Willy. It’s a standardized comment and this is the best they can do. They already received the information they requested in their reply and never responded to it. This is horrible customer service.

Update 11/3/2024
Still no response from RC Willy. As they requested I emailed customer service twice with all of the information they asked for and got nothing in return. Horrible customer service continues.

The sales associate was fabulous! Shannon helped guide us to just the right pieces furniture for our home decor.

Our sales person Francis made our purchase of a couch, dresser and 3 end tables for our home a delight.

He was very interested in assisting with a delayed delivery date as we requested and was able to accomplish delivery with the considerate and helpful delivery team from you store in Reno.

Amazing level of communication for delivery. Great customer service.

We had two different salespersons after leaving messages for both we never received a call back from either. The delivery people delivered on a Saturday and there was a problem but instead of being helpful they dumped and ran. The appliance had a shrink coating which was not taken off correctly . There was a gentleman in customer service that seemed to care and helped maybe. The problem is still not resolved so I can’t say for sure if he really helped. All in all not a pleasant experience and we will not be recommending your establishment to anyone.

Placed order and two of the items were already sold out. Overall customer service isn't friendly anymore.
