RC Willey - Salt Lake Opiniones 

I ordered a chest of drawers online that was to be delivered in approximately 5 days. Four weeks later I still don't have it. I spoke to Roseville and Utah staff, all of which told me it was "in transit".
Week 4 I spoke to Brian in Utah. Again, I got the "in transit" answer. I said, "I understand you have a new computer system and that can be frustrating and take awhile to work efficiently for everyone. However, everyone is looking at the same screen and telling me the same thing. You KNOW that 4 weeks later it is not still in transit". Do I need to cancel this or what". Brian was totally willing to "cancel my order, if that's what i wanted"!? I told him, "I WANT the dresser, but?". I waited patiently while he was checking 2 more times. Then we got disconnected and after all the information that was shared, I was very disappointed that Brian did not call me back.
The next day I called Utah customer support again. Brian wasn't at work but Aubrey said she'd look into it. She put me on hold a few times, but consistently came back on telling me her progress of identifying the problem, correcting the problem, verifying with a manager, and attaching the payment info to get this back on track.

Following through with care for my product assembly and providing me with the brackets for new Knickerbocker Embrace bed frame and new Huey bed board.

Used my credit for a purchase at Big O tires. The clerk there had no idea how that worked. Told him to call RC Wiley credit department and they walked him thru the process quickly.

Very helpful and clearly explained the purchase process. Not in a hurry to get me off the phone

I was supposed to receive a lawn mower today but somebody at RC willey forgot to verify a number and it wasn't shipped, so it will be here on Friday. Maybe. I suppose if somebody forgets again it might not be delivered on Friday either. I could have just gone to the store to pick it up but thought delivery would be more convenient. Nothing offered to make up for the hassle just "Sorry it will be there Friday." Pretty disappointing.

Product was VERY poor quality . Could not hold any weight. Support pieces were different colors. Did not match. Expected more from RC Willey. Drawer bottoms could not hold 4 pairs of jeans without sagging and causing the drawer to malfunction. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

Seemed to work well, more after we get the delivery.

When I contacted RC Willey with a product question, they returned my email within 15 minutes. Product was in stock ! Pickup was easy.

Called 30 minutes before. No answer. Called back and confirmed order and told them I was on my way. Got there and texted order number and vehicle description. Waited 10 minutes before they text me that I had to come inside with ID and credit card. Then waited another 15 minutes before I got my order. Your system sucks. Customer follows instructions and you still take forever.

Ease of ordering and pickup. Great associates all.

Great service, from quickly making a purchase recommendation, to on-time delivery of my new refrigerator. I would go back to my store again if the need arises. Professional service all the way around!
