The washer came with a huge dent on the.back, from top to bottom. We took it back and there was not one in stock, so we had to drive to the warehouse. Far away. Very irritating.
Also, we have only used it once, and the not happy with this model that does not have an agitator. Also the instructions are very vague. Not user friendly at all. Not happy with this purchase. I would like to return it.

redeem blue rewards issue
I went into the store to redeem my blue rewards, and the customer service representative looked at my account and told me I didn’t have any and that I had redeemed them all. Afterwards I logged into my account and saw that I had $95 available so I had to go back to the store to redeem them. I spoke with the same customer service representative and she was a bit snotty didn’t seem to care that I had to come back and overall just didn’t seem like she wanted to help.

Others sound good but don't provide the customer service Rcwilley provides, if I'm not happy with a purchase it's easily exchanged and other slike policies is what keeps me coming back.

RC Willey came through for the customer!
We purchased a warranty buyback for a couch that we bought seven years ago. We went to claim it and it turned out that furniture was excluded from that deal during that time. Had it been included we could’ve got half our purchase price back for the warranty. RC Willey made it right and honored it anyway. Thank you so much! We’ll be back!

Dave Anderson was incredible to work with. He was knew the inventory, delivery details and offered some great alternatives. We ended up buying about 3X what we had planned because he helped us find so many things. RC Willey has a large inventory to choose from so having him recommend similar or different things really helped. We found some great things and it's being delivered in 3 days! He even got me into Blue Rewards which is really a great thing.

The item that I ordered online did not match the item I received from the store. It was a different version altogether. Somehow it was labeled with an incorrect sku number...

The delivery guys weren’t very nice
The delivery guys weren’t very nice. They were rough, acted put out when I asked them to please wear booties since I just got new carpet. The feet were missing on the sofa and they told me they would be installed the next two days. I called the store and the delivery guys never even put in the order of the feet, they closed the account out. Not impressed at all. I’ve always had good experiences in the past, not this time.
