Overall a very positive experience. My one suggestion would be to include a comparison ability for broad costing. When I was looking for a table, the number of options was intriguing, but it was very inefficient and time consuming to submit each potential option or combination of options for a specification to see how expensive they would be. That also led to a couple of various people working on my same set of orders which also led to confusion and time loss trying to update multiple people on the multiple options I was potentially looking at getting.

Agreed. Thank you for the feedback, Matthew. We have a lot to offer and have always found it a challenge to convey our many solutions / offerings through our website. We do have a cart system that allows you to submit multiple products at once so that you do not have to enter your contact information several times, but I suppose we need to make it more obvious with something that maybe states, "Click Here to ADD MORE", or something similar. Good place to get custom tables.
The folks at RDM are responsive and willing to help you get the table you want. Working with them is always easy and quick on their end. The recived table was well packaged and there was no damage to the product so far it is working well.

Worked for one day
The table worked for one day, at 4K I expected a lot more.
Wires were cut wrong and touching other wires, wire nuts were used rather than something more modern (again 4K) and the nuts were at least one size too big, and they had to send me replacement parts.
I was told I would get a discount, but haven’t heard anything about that.
I have a maintenance tech, but why am I paying for someone to work on a table that should have been perfect.

I apologize for the late response. Thanks to you, we did change our wire connectors, moving away from our old twist-style to the modern-style lever wire nuts. Please contact me if you did not have your discount applied and I will do what I can to set things right. Overall, we have had a pretty good track record with these light inspection tables, having a strict quality control process in place, but we now know we are not perfect, even though we strive to be. The new nuts should be able to handle any long, rough road ride much better than the wire nuts, so thanks, again, for your input.
Hope you were able to remedy the issue easily enough and are enjoying the light table now,
