I contacted reactive parts last year(2023), to buy some replacement bolts for a mirror block off plate, I was charged, and to this date of 1-10-2024 I have still not received them! I am beyond pissed, have several emails from this company explaining why I’ve had to wait so long, and still no hardware! I Assure You that I will never deal with this company again!! Be Warned!

Unfortunately due to the Christmas closures our Italian manufactures have only just opened this week, and we are expecting a large shipment from the manufacturer imminently. We apologise for the delay, however I can see we have been in touch to keep you in the loop as the information becomes available to us. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of our suppliers giving us accurate information. Please rest assured we are working hard with our suppliers to get all parts in stock. We usually operate on a same-day turn around, so as soon as we have your parts they will be dispatched to you

Been chasing up a warranty claim
Been chasing up a warranty claim for a failed part since July , now middle of November no one rings back or keeps me informed(Jack) when they say they will , going to have to buy the replacement part elsewhere
UPDATE** He didn’t e mail anything , said he was going to but of course never did
User error good one was fitted/removed ( it failed hence it needing removing ) by a well know main ducati dealer who race bikes with receipt to prove as well so I’m pretty sure they know what they are doing

Pro forma turned up funnily enough this morning after I placed the review last night not in any spam or junk folders as i constantly checked.
The reason for a warranty claim was as THE PART FAILED THEN it was removed at YOUR request ready for the replacement , why would I ask for a warranty claim if we broke it we’re not stupid ?
You know you’re talking rubbish and shame I cant upload screenshots to here as it would prove once and for all you’re lying , I have all e mail correspondence which will support this and you know this , I’m willing to chat about it if you wanted but won’t be buying from you again

Jack emailed you a proforma for the replacement load cell and a payment link for the part.
The reason for the warranty replacement was due to improper handling of the blipper on uninstalling by yourself.
Jack has spoken with the supplier numerous times to do everything he can to get this resolved for you.
However as this was a user error they will not replace through a warranty claim.
If you have already decided to purchase the replacement part elsewhere, we understand and respect your decision. However, we would welcome the opportunity to get the replacement part in for you.
Please consider to speak with our customer service team directly so that we can expedite the resolution and discuss any further assistance you may require. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to getting you sorted.

Again we have done all we can to assist you. Unfortunately as the damage incurred when uninstalling the product did not fall within the manufacturers warranty terms, this is all we could offer.

Called the company before ordering to check stock as I have had issues with the company before, Was told in stock so ordered, Two months later and still not received, rang Friday and keep being told 2 weeks, poor company to deal with!
Some of the communication over two months.
I still haven’t received this order, I am now requesting a refund, Every time I order from Reactive there’s a problem, Two months for an item I was told was in stock, I could have walked to Italy and collected one.

Sorry that you have not had a satisfactory experience with us. I have investigated the complaints and can see that you were offered an alternative when you were informed the item was not in stock as soon as you placed your order online. I cannot see any communication trail which indicates that you were informed the item was in stock; however please bear in mind stock is subject to change, so if there was a day between the advisement and the purchase, it is likely that any information provided regarding stock levels would be outdated.
I can see my colleague Leon kept you informed on the progress of your order and was courteous and professional. We shared your frustration with the supply issue and as a gesture of goodwill, offered you a £50 gift voucher and also offered a refund.
The team were awaiting your response. I can see that you have now replied at the same time giving us this review, and you have requested a refund. I can see this is with accounts and is being processed.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting your part to you. We are working hard with our suppliers to overcome supply issues but unfortunately when our hands are tied the best we can do is keep you informed and we hope you found our communication and updates helpful
