We signed with Linxio about 12 months ago. The product has been great but at 66 I'm not tech savvy enough to take advantage of all the features. I did have a problem this week that I wasn't able to sort with the chat feature or by opening a "help ticket" which was frustrating. The General Manager then called me and gave me a personal tutorial online. Thanks Jimmy. I really appreciate it and look forward to spending some more time examining all the features. Great service.

Easy to administer and flexible configuration.
System is working really well after a little tweaking for a couple of cars. Current vehicle status and history has been really useful.
Having the DriverLink App makes all the difference for drivers accepting the solution.
We were impressed with the first unit and subsequently decided to get another installed.
Good service and installation, quality product and easy to use.
