I plan to use in extreme emergencies …
I plan to use in extreme emergencies and to barter with if needed, if I'm unable to leave my shelter. Since water is needed to prepare the food I will have to store extra water.

Ordered a water filter and got nothing
Ordered a water filter. Showed 10 to 15 business days to ship. Waited 3 full weeks and nothing. Called CS and got nothing but voice mail. Called again and spoke with an agent and was told it will be shipping in a few days. Called back on the 5 week mark and was told it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. Terrible interaction and very misleading about their ability to deliver product.

Four stars
Four stars, but a little complicated experience...I purchased during a Black Friday sale, but had to call in because the website wouldn't apply the sale on the checkout page. The service rep was excellent, but then we were sent one of four packages and I had to email to get the other three. They immediately sent the other three items, but they looked completely different than the first (three hard plastic tubs vs one nylon grab bag). 😂 Very odd.

I wont order Wise again
I placed my order and the company had UPS return it during shipping. They did not tell me or give an explanation. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. I contacted Wise many times and they never responded. They didn't respond to Paypal either.
