One of the 6 serving pasta Alfredo packages arrived with a tear, spilling the contents all over the case. After cleaning everything I emailed the customer service department about replacing the package and never even received a response, so I’m down a 6 serving packet I paid for.

Took several weeks to be delivered, but I assume demand is high. Price is almost prohibitive. Great Product.

Hi mainly I buy the food for people who aren’t prepared for emergency
I explain to them the name of your company and i know they tell their friends and family about it after receiving food box
Just telling someone to be prepared doesn’t work most of the time
Handing them a box of Emergency Food helps them understand how important it is I often Ask them do you know a older single person living alone ?
How will you feed your children if can’t get to a store ?
Me and my office is prepared all of us we live in a Fire zone

Made more purchases in the past, but the cost increases have made it much more financially difficult to make purchases even with a discount. Additionally, so many meals tend to have more rice, potatoes and pasta than vegetables and/or meat. Love the products, the taste and the long term storage capabilities, but on a retirement budget and this countries soaring inflation, it makes it much harder to prepare for emergencies, both weather and societal related. Personally, the weather issues only account for about 5% of our preparedness worries. The societal concerns (governmental, legal, racial, social, economic, cultural and religious) far outweigh the weather in the 95% preparedness worries. This includes the war in Israel, the possibility of US involvement in that war and the anti-Semitic rhetorical and involvement by our citizens.

Very satisfied with your product, I done opened a couple Cans and I was not disappointed. Very good quality. We eating the apples for snacks they are yummy

Too expensive. For the price im better off learning to can and buying pressure cooker.

Took my order on phone, the way I like it. they promised home delivery in FOUR days, it arrived in TWO. I do trust these good folks to be better than any other competitive emergency food source and they will continue to get my business.

I have dealt a few times with Mike, a rep who has taken care of me and called me back a few times when we kept missing each other. he gave me a good deal and was easy to work with. I like dealing with Wise.

Food was good especially the fruits. If you eat from the package, it is a little difficult to reach the bottom portion because of the deep folds
