Very quick turnaround

Very quick turnaround. I paid the basic rate but results came back in about 12 hours. They ask for lots of photos. Instructions were easy to follow. Uploading photos were quick and easy.

Early results!!

Last night I entered a bag for authentication service with a 24 hour review period. I received my results just hours later! RA (unlike other companies) is never late, but often early like this!

I had a great experience with Real Authentication. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I received my Certificate of Authenticity for my Chanel necklace promptly. As a seller, having a trusted authentication service gives me confidence and peace of mind. I will definitely continue using Real Authentication for future pieces.

QUESTIONABLE RESULTS

Real Authentication results are questionable. Their findings do not accurately reflect the true nature or origin of the item. the results they provide are vague, even though you have to pay for them, they are not detailed and when you attempt to contact them by email, it bounces back, thus giving very shady, scam like vibes. I do not recommend RA.
