First they sent me thr wrong Vitamins, the price I paid was $200, the product they sent is worth $70. I emailed customer support three times in a week and still haven't received a response. One of the customer support emails are invalid , so I think they are just stealing people's money at this point.

I have used these scammers to ween off 7oh not sure if it’s legal or illegal at the time legal I order 50 of the lowest dose an example 50 of 10mg which that’s what they advertise instead send 5 100mg tabs impossible to break up into a small dose. I hate these scum bags DO NOT BUY!!! Not to mention they price gouged me.

Real Botanicals has good products. That’s what they get right. However their customer service is horrible. God forbid they get your order wrong. You may never get it made right. They have messed up 2 of my orders. The first one took 3 weeks of me emailing customer service every other day before I finally got a response and got what I was owed. The 2nd one is now going into its 4th week of not a single response to any of my emails. It’s ridiculous to have to hound them constantly to get a response. If you order from them you are rolling the dice. If it’s right, great. If they mess it up you’re pretty much out of luck and out your money.

Buyer Beware!! Extremely poor customer service. Been trying multiple times to contact customer service and no response, will elevate for a chargeback dispute. Seems like that's the ongoing problem with this company. They can't be trusted. Please take your business elsewhere!

It's unbelievable they sent me the total wrong thing. Wrong milligrams wrong flavor wrong everything. How can they not send the proper item that you order on their website. I will never do business with this company again

They send different quantities than you pay for or wrong products etc. they won’t reply or fix the issues, buyer beware!

Horrible! I was charged almost $500 through out a week's time. They sent me a different product Acene instead of the order for hydro 7 I have disputed the charges. I have sent emails and told them on chat to give me their address for return but no response. They have loss credibility sense Hydro 7 was made illegal. The phone number is an answering machine. Wow

The shipping was great, that’s what gets the 2 stars. The product that I bought was extremely weak for a 100mg tablet. I waited an hour for it to kick in, usually with other brands I’ve used, it takes 15 minutes. I felt nothing. Either a bad batch or there’s no testing but 3rd party labs. Sadly, I won’t order from this site again.

Been ordering a while from them I noticed they cut me short every other order by 20 to 30 pills. That's not cool, company can't be trusted.

I have never been more satisfied with a product than I have with Real Botanicals. I take 1 tablet at 10 mg’s every day after work. I have a very bad previous lower back injury and my job entails lifting very heavy things every day. Your product feels like a max dose of Tylenol. Not too much. Not too little. Just perfectly enough for extreme pain. Also I have yet to experience any withdrawal symptoms. 10/10.

To the bad reviews below the company only has 1 - 12 employees according to LinkedIn. Secondly, 7-OH is soon to be banned. Real Botanicals is most likely just selling out on their final stock of products. That might explain people receiving the wrong amount or the wrong product all together. It's a mostly A.I. run company hence why customer service is so hard to get ahold of. - fyi/opinion

I have been ordering from Real Botanicals for a while now and I’ve only had one issue with receiving the wrong product. Shipping is always fast but when I received the wrong order, I contacted them about it and they were out of stock for what i originally ordered so they gave me the choice between a refund or choosing a different product with equal value. It took up to a week longer to receive but they lived up to their promise of making it right. Not only did they send me a replacement order but they sent me a couple of extra tablets too. I’ve ordered from different vendors and tried many different brands but I like how consistent the products are from Real Botanicals, their transparency and how the products are always potent. They even let me keep the wrong product they sent which was the 6 pack of Kratom+Kava shots and I’ll be repurchasing those again. They were actually incredible. It helped my mood and boosted my energy while helping me to feel calm at the same time. They didn’t give me a difficult time over needing a replacement. I only had to email a copy of my receipt,confirm my address and include photos of what I received in the mail instead. If you send them an email and don’t hear back from them right away, just know they will get in touch with you within 48 hours. Real Botanicals is a great company and their products are incredible.

The customer service is nonexisting. I’ve had numerous orders that they have sent the wrong product or the wrong amount. They are not willing to give you a refund or correct. The issues stay away from real botanicals.

This product is marketed and labeled in a way that I believe is extremely misleading to an average consumer. The packaging/product description lists 160 mg per tablet and four 40 mg servings per tablet, while also using language such as “High MIT Formula.” In the kratom market, “MIT” is commonly understood to mean mitragynine.

However, the available Certificate of Analysis appears to show only about 0.4 mg of mitragynine per full tablet. If accurate, that would mean a four-tablet package contains only about 1.6 mg total mitragynine, despite the labeling and marketing strongly implying a much more potent mitragynine product.

The issue may be that the “40 mg” serving refers only to the weight of the extract, not the mitragynine content. If that is the case, the labeling is not clear enough for a normal consumer to interpret accurately. This is especially concerning given the product’s use of “High MIT Formula” language.

This was brought to a company executive Alphan Mania who completely disregarded this massive failure to provide accurate product information. The Accend product they are selling does not have a COA that matches the label even close.
Additionally they deleted my review on the product so I’m likely not the first.

I have spent so much money with Real Botanicals! Their product is fine but on the pricier side. I’ve found a new vendor whose tablets are less expensive and you receive the package in half the time. They also carry a much wider variety of mg sizes. The only problem was I was weaning off the tablets and the tablets were hard and not able to be scored. I placed an order for a bottle of 50- 20mg tablets. They sent me 20. I emailed them to report the discrepancy. I even told them they could bill me for the 20 I received, and ship the 50 for free.
First email response took 3 days. They said no problem and asked for a picture of what I received. Even though I have ordered the same amount every time in the past and never complained or said they ran short, I sent a picture. Probably should have done it with the first email but since I have NEVER ordered 20, I sent it. That was 5 days ago and silence. I called the 800# and you get a recording. It’s impossible to reach an actual person!

Edit: Company eventually responded later in the week and corrected the mistake and even let me keep one of the items I opened at no additional charge. I’m adjusting to four stars leaving one off only because there really can’t be such a long lag when talking this high of a dollar value. But if you’re ok with a 3-4 day turn on resolving a potential issue then I would recommend this company over others when considering it’s product quality and consistency. *end of edit * This was my preferred source as their quality has always been high and consistent; however, last week I placed a $660.97 order and they shipped me the wrong product entirely (at a -$150 value as well) . I've emailed them five times and left three messages over the past three days with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE... I'm just about to call VISA and report this as fraud.

Real botanicals is an amazing company with an amazing product! I’m getting older and my job is very demanding some days I’m very sore and lack motivation. The 7oh products they provide are truly amazing they provide full-body relief from discomfort, enhanced energy, and mental clarity. On the weekends I take an extra dose to truly relax and enjoy my time off. The customer service is amazing and anytime I’ve had an issue with shipping or anything for that matter they go above and beyond to resolve it. But even more importantly than everything I’ve already mentioned, my wife has Huntington’s disease which is an incurable terminal illness and the 7oh that real botanicals provides has dramatically improved her quality of life! I don’t know how to thank them. So if you read this THANK YOU I would highly recommend real botanicals if you’re looking for the best quality and price.
