Don't buy! Customer service is nonexistent!!

The Good Vibe Sleep adjustable base & mattress has exceeded my expectations. First, with assembly it truly couldn’t have an easier set up. It only consisted of unboxing & attaching the legs & a mattress bar! The mattress was in a shrink wrap & once I cut it out it immediately took form, no waiting days to weeks for it to take form! This bed is ideal for so many reasons. If you have issues with snoring, don’t like the same settings as your partner, or simply want a little extra assistance getting to sleep, this is the bed for you! The Good Vibe Sleep bed is fully loaded with ambient lighting, 4 subwoofers, massage features, adjustable positioning & anti-snore positions! It comes with not one but two remotes to control all of the settings! You simply plug it in! Sometimes it’s the little things that count, & Good Vibe Sleep hit the nail on the head because our remotes even came with batteries! We are so excited to start using this bed as our official movie night hot spot, with the subwoofers, lighting & adjustable positions it’s only natural! Oh, & did I mention you can Bluetooth ANY device to the bed? That means your tv (perfect for movie night) & your phone for videos or even taking calls! Now, let’s talk about the comfort of the mattress itself, it’s a 10/10 it conforms to your body but still has the perfect amount of firmness! I’m just blown away by the features I never knew I needed! If you can dream it, this bed has it! I have a feeling I will never see another sleepless night! Thanks Good Vibe Sleep!

My issues resolve soley around the tracing tracing and delivery experience. My TV stand was delivered 2 days ago to my front steps with no advanced warning. Additionally, the carrier's tracking site and Shop indicate the items are still in transit.

When they delivered the boxes, they simply stood them up on the end of the box completely ignoring the orientation arrows. I was expecting better.

Was super neat, great material, good quality, and just overall great product, loved it!

You will not be dissapointed! We purchased this TV stand and have been extremely happy. All questions were answered in a timely manner before and after the purchase. I will recommend to any of my colleagues.

I requested the white glove shipping and it was worth it! Customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

Two stars because I really like the fireplace but the 'customer service' is non-existent. I paid for 'premium delivery' ($300) so when the tracking information indicated 'economy' I tried to reach someone at Real Cozy. Not possible. Multiple emails ignored and phone calls go unanswered without a message option. The unit did arrive with 'premium' delivery which consisted of two guys bringing it upstairs, unboxing the two pieces, and shrugging their shoulders on how to put it together. More attempts to reach Real Cozy were ignored including 'chat' as I tried to figure out if I really was expected to drill holes in a $2000 piece of furniture (I was and did, thanks to YouTube). Again, the quality is nice but the experience and excitement of making a major purchase was diminished by a complete lack of availability and interest in client care. Good luck and don't expect to hear anything from them.

This site is a scam they say it is fully assembled. Not true. They delivery it with the fireplace not installed. The few hundred you spend on “ white glove” only gets it into your condo. You still have to set it up. White glove is a lie

White Painted 64” Sonoma with fireplace insert

After reading Rebecca's review, it was an almost identical experience with the 64” Sonoma stand, so we are going to use alot of what she wrote. We wished we ended up sending this unit back but we paid the extra $300 for White Glove Fedex service and they took the box away before we realized 3 of the slant legs were installed backwards, overall purchasing experience was horrible.

1) Everything about this purchase was not worth the hefty price, time and frustration. The build overall is extremely sloppy on parts and construction even though there is a QC (quality control) sticker on the back. Clearly this unit did not going through quality control.

2) The 2 front legs and 1 back leg are backwards and it is impossible to position the slant legs correctly.

3) The paint job all around is subpar, there are parts where there’s not an even coat mostly on top, there are small spots on the front not painted, there are a series of black marks on the bottom front paint.

3) The first fireplace insert (sent in separate box) was damaged, so we had to wait 1 week to install it.

4) White Glove Fedex service only sent 1 person to bring the very large, heavy 64" unit into our newly renovated ground floor condo (no steps) with new flooring. It was impossible for the Fedex driver to bring it inside without damaging our new flooring. We had to wait 45 minutes for another Fedex driver to arrive to help carry it inside and position it in the living area. The entire delivery process was 2 hours.

The piece looks very weird with the backward slant legs.
What a HUGE disappointment.

I did a lot of research for a fireplace tv stand and ended up purchasing the 64” Sonoma stand. I was excited to get the stand from the reviews I read and pictures I saw on Real Cozy’s website but after getting the stand yesterday, I wished I ended up going elsewhere for a stand. My overall purchasing experience was disappointing by far:

1) I never received an email stating that my order was on its way so when I received a call yesterday from Fedex about the package I was surprised. Luckily, we were around and available for the delivery.

2) They had my last name wrong which I’m not sure how that can happen when I placed the order and my confirmation shows my last name. Not a particular good feeling about them caring about the customer experience.

3) The most disappointing of all was that the build overall was sloppy on parts and not what you would expect for the price you pay. For instance, all the metal hinges were caked with paint, the paint job all around was okay but there are parts where there’s not an even coat, and the plywood pieces for the hinges are not the same size and seem to be an afterthought and not well designed. Lastly, when we received the package, one of the legs was loose and you can’t tighten it all the way without it being positioned incorrectly based on the slant of the foot design.

The piece looks good from a distance and I like the design but the quality isn’t there. What a disappointment.

Amazing TV stand with fireplace I got the Liberty in denim and I love it it is the focal point of my living room now!

The quality and the uniqueness of the product is amazing. The fireplace is great and comes with different settings and colors for the fire as well. The wood and quality is great and came with no scratches and east assembly for the doors and legs. Overall very happy with the tv stand and would purchase again.

TV Stand actually came pretty quick, and everything was indeed assembled however we had to slide the fireplace insert into the unit. Wasn't a big deal. Everything looks great and we've had it for a while now, no issues, quality build, and fireplace is pretty sweet!

Never did I think I would spend this much on a TV stand but it's awesome! Shipping was longer than I wanted but I get it. It's just what I wanted and I'm glad I made the decision to get it.

I was quoted multiple production times and they were the fastest. I also didn’t have to put anything together after it arrived. Two huge perks in my book.
