International delivery was a little slow
Delivery was a little slow, especially with international shipping had concerns if it would ever show up. A package or courier tracking reference number is definitely needed and should be implemented on confirmation of dispatch to the buyer would be my recommendation.

As far as I checked you have bought a key fob emblem. The emblem is already 11mm x 11mm and the brand sign is centered. There is a little space in the middle already and you received exactly the item in the picture.
We couldn't understand "off centered" ?
Very Disappointed, Part does not fit my car
Despite being told the part was OEM and the correct part for my car model it does not fit

All of our items which are stated as OEM, are OEM. As far as I checked you've bought a grille emblem for your Golf and all our VW items are genuine VAG. So, yours may be a model/type issue, however, you can always send the item back and get a refund.

Very happy ... called them direct as I had a payment problem ... they resolved on the spot ! Part arrived quicky using premium postage/courier company !!! No messing about ... pity more suppliers weren't as good :-/ anyhow thank you for the part (which was impossible to get even new in main dealers !!!) Will use again .... 👍👍👍

AVOID
2 weeks after ordering a brake light for a VW transporter I had to email for an update on its whereabouts. Was told it hadn't been shipped at all and another one was been sent in its place. Another 2 weeks and still no parts. Ended up having to get a refund through PayPal

We shipped the item for two times, however, the first shipment returned back to us with the note wrong address. You are refunded right after you opened the case. You will probably receive the item which is on the way to you by the second shipment.

I really appreciated dealing with a very helpful seller and the offer and supply by REALOEMPARTS of car parts which were otherwise almost impossible to find and would have gladly given five stars if (i) the parts had not arrived from Turkey four odd weeks after having been ordered to a British cell- phone/WhatsApp number without any explanation of the reason why; (ii) the parts had not arrived with a VAT unexpected €38 additional charge. More transparency would have earned 5 stars.

Don’t trust them
Send faulty second hand parts .they get you to send the parts back at your cost with a tracking number which showed delivery but still no refund .
